I love Boba, and I've had it at many places. This isn't by far my favorite place I've ever been to and that includes Manhattan, San Francisco, Vegas, and every other place I've had Boba.The cashier who helps me most often Joyce has my drink order memorized. Which by the way, makes me feel super important. You should all try it. It's the avocado milk smoothie, add almond flavor, no sugar add Boba if you don't add Boba, then you will need the sugar. I have all my girlfriends addicted to this flavor now. Try it you won't regret it!

As a Taiwanese who makes his own boba and swears by Soma (Taipei) as the holy grail of milk tea, this place is pretty good. Boba is top tier and fried food is good. Haven’t tried the pork rice dishes yet, will try next time.

Update: Taking off a star. We've been here 10+ times. They are consistently very VERY slow! I'd say 30-40 minutes wait every time before food and drinks come out. The last time we came, they said the boba wasn't ready and that it would take 40 minutes to get the drink. This was AFTER we had ordered and paid, waited 30 minutes, and asked when the drink will come out.---Boba is nothing special, but the snacks are pretty authentic and tasty. Try the fried chicken hearts, fried chicken gizzards, green onion pancakes, salt and pepper chicken wings, and taiwanese sausages. So good! Hits the street-food-spot.

The management is pretty terrible. I had my drink order processed incorrect because the person taking my order didn’t hear hot so I they made it iced. Simply asked if they could remake it and I got told no. Asked to speak to the manager and she told me well did you look at the screen and they had a sign that states to check the screen to confirm your order (no sign mind you). She made such a fuss about this and then offered to remake it. We opted to not do that because she walked away from us as we were trying to negotiate a remake.So make sure you look at your order to make sure they input it right because they won’t treat you right if they don’t.To your comment, you should treat your customers with dignity and respect. You earned the one fingered salute from your piss poor management. That level of verbal disrespect isn’t ok to do to your customers period. I’ve never dealt with that sort of abuse of power.

I have visited twice. Both times they took close to 20 minutes and both times the order was wrong. First time, I just said, hey, let's try something new. Second time, I told the worker. She was extremely condescending. Did not get my daughter's drink right. Did not even put what was requested in mine. Was condescendingly told she could not hear well and that she could print the receipt for me. I should have checked the reviews. I will stick with Kung Fu Tea and Boba Luv.

My go to boba place. I only come here every so often because it's a bit of a drive for me but it's my favorite. They have so many options to choose from as well as food. It's always busy but worth it. Place is pretty small but they offer free water for you while you wait. I've tried honeydew at other boba places and none of them top this one.

So delicious and fast. Very kind staff, and very patient with my mom who was curious. it's also a good hang out spot or to just chill for our mom-daughter date. (I got the strawberry milk with tapioca boba, and my mom got the Dragon Slayer with lyche popping boba, highly recommend!)

We paid nearly $55 in total to get our popcorn chicken and drinks, but we were told we can’t get a little bit spicy seasoning on top of the chicken as their rude female associate said “?️It was not informed ahead of time when you ordered the food!” so she couldn’t take our popcorn chicken back to add more seasoning powder. It has been nearly 2 years since the last time we went to this overpriced place with the most terrible customer service experience, and we got treated exactly the same as last time. Apparently the owner allows this happen as it’s their rule?! Screw that, definitely won’t come back ever again!

I go here all the time and have never been disappointed. Great food/drinks, friendly staff, and I always like the music they play.P.S. If you've never had it, I highly recommend the pork belly rice!

Not sure why this place has less than 5 stars! It's so good. I got the honeydew boba with popcorn chicken and it was super bomb. It tasted authentic and I would definitely come back. It's a very cute small place in the middle of the plaza. Definitely check it out if you're in the area. The dog on the cup is so adorable too

I have tried many different bobo places in the salt lake valley and I keep returning to the tea bar over and over and over again. They have the best offerings in terms of milk tea and the snacks here are delicious, savory scallion pancakes, crispy fried chicken skins, and the salt baked squid is delectable.
