An all vegan diner. Reasonably priced. We had the BLT and the veg omelette with hash browns. Both solid. The cookies and cream milkshake was delicious. Lovely owner. Will be back next time we are in town!

Stopped in here on a vegan eating tour of SLC! Happy to see a spot with vegan chicken and waffles! We came here right at opening and the food took a very long time to arrive but everyone was nice and the vibe feels very community based. The decor is fun to look at but the restaurant was a pretty untidy. The portions were huge so you can definitely split. The waffle was just okay but much better with the chicken! I would probably not come back.

Very cool place. Went first thing in the morning and it was a little slow. Still, coffee and waffles were pretty good but nothing amazing. Other options looked great for lunch.

The atmosphere is really cool but the food is outstanding. Got the onion rings as an appetizer which had a really good sauce that came with and that was amazing and then got the Chicken Ranch Sandwich with the spicy aioli and it’s literally one of the best vegan chicken burgers I’ve ever had. The fries were great, I also tried the animal style fries and the spicy chicken wrap which was good!

This place is a divey metal bar and I say that in the best way possible. The vibe is excellent and there are a lot of cool people to meet and talk to. They have live music on the weekends, too! The food is all fried but it’s really good. I’m glad I got a chance to stop in while in SLC!
I ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onions and it was delicious ? extra crispy fries were amazing too
I also tried the chixn parmesan sandwich which was okay, but it wasn't as good...couldnt really taste the cheese and the sauce was missing something...
The chocolate chip cookie was soft and scrumptious - highly recommend!

I make it a point to eat here any time I visit SLC. Everything on menu is excellent. Had the chopped cheese this last time and it did not disappoint! Hail Satan & seitan ??

I got the Animal Liberation Fries for my first fry sauce experience. They were yum. Don't be sad that there are dry fries on the outside—there are more than enough toppings to go around. The fries were shoestring, which isn't my favorite, but still good.

Mark of the Beastro is my favorite vegan place in Utah. My best friend and I eat there often enough that they recognize us as the sticker stealers who sits by the window. I love the atmosphere, the decorations, the community, and their values proudly on display, but my favorite thing is the milkshakes! it's so nice to have a milkshake and fries again. I have a goal to try everything on the menu.
