Came here on 4/26 for concert and it was a 3 and half hour drive for it. It was my first concert here and it is now probably my favorite venue in Salt Lake. I came with my older brother who is in a wheelchair and the way they handled it for him was absolutely amazing. I didn't get any names or else I'd add them here but everyone we talked to was really nice and helpful. The handicap section was a little odd from where else I've been but he still got to have an amazing experience because of how everyone handled it.

Not the best venue, not the worst. The small side absolutely sucks for both space and acoustics. But the main side isn't bad. The security seems to be less dickish lately. Just wish they didn't allow the promotion of satanic practices there ?

Will not be back to this venue.Stepped out of ada seating to use the restroom had someone take my seat that came with someone and security would not do anything about it.I have nerve damage from a disc herniation at l5s1 that causes my legs to go numb after standing for a short period of time. Surgery took 1/2-2/3 of the disc out and I was told I will more than likely end up having a spinal fusion before I'm 35.

Good venue, feels kind of small sometimes but plenty of bathrooms. Everyone who works there has always been nice. Only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because the main area that separates the two stages is kinda dingy.

Starset rocked the place. Great venue with multiple rooms and plenty of space. Prepare your ear-holes.

I've been to about a dozen shows here. The staff are nice, and the bands are great. But the bathrooms are in severe disrepair and filthy. The concession line moves slower than cold tar because it's too small, understaffed and they're still using an ancient payment system that requires a paper signature for every card transaction. It seems Live Nation, despite making plenty of money here, tries to run the venue on bare bones staffing all the time and puts no money into building maintenance. The venue sucks because Live Nation sucks.

When they provide the venue for concerts and StubHub vivid seats and all the resellers buy up the tickets for resale. The complex is not only aware of this,they allow it, and most likely encourage it... These resellers then Mark the ticket prices up an average of 700% if not more....
Concert was great. Big bathrooms, but not the cleanest.

I have been to a few shows here (most recently VNV Nation last night) and I think it's a great venue. This time I paid for the premier parking and it was amazing! I look forward to seeing many more shows at this venue.
