Food was delicious as always, service was a bit lack luster but it was a busy time when we arrived. Dirty Grey Goose martini paired with the house meatloaf was delicious way to end the work day.

The ambiance is warm and welcoming, with a modern yet cozy feel that’s perfect for a night out. The staff was attentive, friendly, and offered spot-on suggestions without being pushy.
The chicken dish I ordered was outstanding—perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. It had a slight tartness that gave it a unique, refreshing kick, but it was still perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. Paired with fresh, well-prepared sides, it made for a memorable meal. If you’re looking for a top-tier dining experience in Salt Lake City, this place is a must-visit. Five stars, hands down!

My friend and I were in town for convention and this was one of the best burgers we had! We each ordered the Cooper Onion Burger (grass fed waygu), both the fries and salad sides were amazing.
More importantly, we had fortune of meeting Taylor and Maddie, which made our lunch so much more enjoyable. Thank you guys!

Okay all there fries are bland but salty the ketchup tasted weird. Drip coffee was a bit strange tasting as well. Not sure if it was there dish soap or just not good. Going with not good as I feel fine. Burger was okay as was there fish. Not sure the food is worth all the hype. Definitely not worth the money 😕

This place is perfection.
I first came with a friend while we were at a conference. It was so good we came back the next night. I’ve been angling to get back ever since and I suggest it to everyone going through SLC.
Tonight I stopped in with my family as we are driving from Florida to Oregon. We were able to sit at the kitchen table - which was perfect for us. We were way more interested in watching the chefs than chatting, but if you’re larger than a party of two and want to catch up better to wait for a table - it’s worth it!

Ate lunch here. Food was decent, but we were not blown away. Seems like maybe I need to go back for the dinner menu.

One of my top favorite places in Salt Lake. When it gets warm outside they open up their patio but indoors is a great ambiance also. Food is fresh and soooo good. I always get the Waygu Beef Stroganoff and its the best recipe I’ve ever had. Make sure to reserve a dinner spot early because the times book out fast.

The customer service was really good. The staff was kind and friendly .
We had about six different things that we tried and it was pretty good overall. I didn't like everything personally but I thought they did a superb job at presentation and quality of ingredients.

Myself and 4 other gals on a road trip down from Canada had THE best experience at the Copper Onion. Our server Taylor was the absolute sweetest, and super helpful with giving us info that helped coordinate our time in SLC. The vibes were right, food delicious, service on point.

Shout out to Jake who we also love. And to their manager with the ultimate drip. We love y’all 🫶🏼

Nice place, with good quality food. I reccomend the lamb riblets (they were delicious). We ate outside and was super nice, while I wouldn’t reccomend eating inside cause the place is super noisy (even though it’s nice).
We arrived on a sunday at 8pm without reservation and had to wait 15 mins to get seated, so if you are planning to dine here maybe book a but before.

I ate a hamburger and it was good. My wife had Mary’s chicken and didn’t like it. Severely over priced! Overall, this place is on many top 10 restaurants of SLC lists. I don’t understand why. It’s too over priced for me to have a desire to return.
