Slow service. They only had one waitress and a full house. It took 45 minutes to get my meal, which was my second choice as they ran out of my first. When I got the meal, the mashed potatoes were cold, out of the refrigerator cold. Terrible meal. Avoid this place. Part 2: they took the meal back and I got another plate. This one was room temperature. I have no idea what the cook is doing back there but it isn't cooking.

Overall decent experience. Food was good, the table ordered a variety.Great bar area, great bar tender.Waitress was very slow and not very good. I believe she was in training, but lacked follow up, follow through. Hopefully this gets fixed.

Soup took an hour to arrive, missing described grilled bread and was mediocre. Server was nice, but the manager was condescending and unapologetic about the wait. Recommend eating a cup of soup in your room if you didn't eat before arriving.

I won't tell a long story. Just trust all these 1 star reviews. An hour for a bowl of mediocre soup. When I asked about the grilled bread that was supposed to come with it I was told it was "still frozen". Also drinks are very expensive.

Just walked out. Our waitress came up and we asked for drinks and told her we were ready to order. She walked away mumbling without taking the food order. Then a few minutes later another couple walked in, sat down and she took both their drink and meal orders. The next thing we know she brought their drinks while the bartender waited on two other people well after we ordered our drinks.

I was extremely disappointed with their burger. To put it bluntly, it was the worst burger I have ever had in my entire life. Stinky food and awful taste. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their food quality.

We were a little skeptical because of other reviews but so glad we tried Glowbal. Walking distance from our hotel. We ordered cocktails which were excellent & the food was wonderful. Food was fresh & hot & plentiful. We ordered the Brussels sprouts as an appetizer & for the main shrimp & grits & Italian sausage pasta. Food was plentiful. We were stuffed when we left. Would definitely come back if we were here again. Prices were very reasonable. Employees were so friendly & attentive.

Went here for a late night dinner around 9pm yesterday. Food is priced, there's a bar with the restaurant. A large TV to watch TV while you wait for food. Prices are reasonable. The food was delicious, waitress was prompt and made sure I was good for drink refills. Good experience. It's a nice spot for solo travelers or dining with family/friends

Ordered food here while staying at the hotel and had terrible service. To start the person on the phone told me 45 minutes for the food, then got the food only to see missing items. Then went back to get the missing items and was disgusted with the food. The Mac and cheese was water, fries soggy, and dry chicken. When I went to discuss the issue with the manger she told me the food was ready 20 min before I picked it up when I had waited the 45 min they had told me. Safe to say I recommend to opt for Uber eats if ur thinking of eating here.
