Im in a hotel at the moment. I ordered 25 dollers worth of food. Requested ketchup, ranch and napkins, i did not raceve anything other then food. I gues if you order a meal also no drink with deliver have to purches on the side. Food cold and burger soggy by the time it got to me,definitly wont order habit again.
Great place to sit and enjoy a burger. Its a very clean location. Its understaff but so are all other establishments. Looking forward to return and enjoy another burger.
Placed a Togo order for my birthday and upon getting home, we noticed that the order was completely incorrect. The ticket on the bag was correct (which is what I checked in store) but the burgers were completely wrong and we only got one side that was also incorrect. This company has no direct line of communication between the customers and physical stores so calling for a correction was impossible. All I could do was email the customer service team to explain the situation and ask for a refund as I was not going to drive all the way back and wait another 30 minutes for the food to be remade. I would have gone back if I could've called ahead so it was already being cooked. The customer service team took 2 days to respond and then offered me "Chartickets" to use on a future order. This event also completely changed my birthday plans for the evening. I have never had such a hard time being refunded for an incorrect order.
I ordered the portobello on sourdough bread and it was pretty good. My only complaint was the burger patty was smaller than the bread so the corners ended up being bread and veggies only. We ordered a lot of food for other family and they were able to get everything to us pretty quick.
For $15, the teriyaki steak sandwich was pretty disappointing. The best way to describe it is, hard to eat. So chewy, steak well-done and tough. Not even that much of it, the fries were the best part.
Burger was beautiful to look at. That's saying something. Good char flavor. Awesome burger . The fries were a little cool. Nice gal at the counter.
I have been to this restaurant a few times and I've always had a good experience. The burgers are good and the fries are also good. The reason why I'm giving four stars is I don't think it's the best food I've ever had and I would prefer some other burger joints in the area. I do love their Strawberry Limeade it is really good and it says that it is freshly assembled each day. The service is always been good for me I've never had an issue or waited a long time for my food. I will definitely be going back as everything is good.
Placed an online order (totaling $56.01 with $9.00 tip) around 11am. I got a call shortly afterwards from this location telling me they couldn't fulfill my order until 12pm (no big deal I can run a few errands in the meantime). After picking up my order after 12pm and running home, I noticed two of the burgers I ordered were BBQ Cheese Charburgers, not the plain BBQ Charburgers (which are a different menu item on Habit's menu/website). I called the store to see if I could swing by to swap them out. I had to choose the ordering line to get through to the store. After explaining the mix-matched burger issue the rep on the phone cut me off to say "well people usually order those with cheese" and that I should have expected that. Looking at my receipt, I paid for the cheaper BBQ Charburger that comes without cheese. The BBQ Cheese Charburger is approximately $1.00 more. It should be noted during my call around 11am that the manager stated they're short staffed. This is a review for the owner. Hire more staff at decent rates. I've given your staff extra time for my order (delayed 12pm pickup not a big deal), incentive (tip, would have anyhow), and called your store to requested a simple fix, and they still got it wrong (told me I should have expected cheese on everything I guess).
Pepper Bar!!!
Great food, love this place. Generally, Habit is busy at certain times, we beat the rush last time, but they seem understaffed. There was a huge mess and once the lunch rush started, I guess they didn't have enough people to clean up at a moments notice. That said, the staff is always nice and pleasant, never have any issues.
Restaurantji Recommends
Ate here tonight, I am low income and can only afford a few splurge meals a month; I was very pleased. I want to say the man wearing a blue polo working the register is an excellent employee. Very kind, and didn't see him stop cleaning and managing the front area. You've got a keeper there!
Awesome food. Best burger place around there by far! Always cooked fresh and fast, and best tasting burger I've had. Way better than BGR or any others near there in sugarhouse. Would recommend for sure.
I love the food and natural freshly made teas! Nice outdoor area to eat outside with umbrella covered tables. Close to everything too.
The habit was good ,service was ok asked for well done fries but received normal cooked fries. It seems that it is just a bit different than where it was originated in S.B. but meal was ok.OK. restaurant was clean no issues there.
My go to place for a good burger. I am disappointed I didn’t come here sooner because I thought it would be just another mediocre burger chain, but this place rivals In N Out in my opinion. Five guys has a good burger, but to me it just taste like a homemade burger you can make at home easily. Now this burger it has the char grill taste and high quality juicy beef taste. In In Out has been the top for me despite criticism from people who say it is overrated, but it stands out because it is prepared very fresh. The two things that make it stand out for me is the fresh tasting high quality melty cheese they put and fresh spongey soft bun. The Habit hits on both these points. They managed to get the cheese just like In N Out, that I have never found anywhere else. Bun tastes fresh and is very soft too like In N Out. The grilled onions on top are absolutely perfect. They enhance the flavor of the burger very well. And the prices are very fair. Also, they have the best onion rings I’ve ever had and that makes it win over In N Out for me as my new favorite burger place. Service here is fair too, you are not waiting super long for your food, despite them being busy all the time, they still manage to get freshly made burgers out fast which is hard to do. You won’t be waiting forever like you do at Five Guys.
