The Old Spaghetti Factory Reviews
I can't understand the lack of professionalism in both dress and mannerisms. Wear your eye bling and spiked bracelets on your own time. Don't try to cosplay your fairy adventure at work. It wasn't just our waitress, it was 75% of the staff. Unkempt, unattentive, unaware. Aloof and haughty. We weren't asked about appetizers, no speciality drinks were offered, no mention of dessert (try something like this - our tiramasu is delectable and easy share)

The Old Spaghetti Factory offers a consistent menu and pricing throughout the day, making it a popular choice for celebrations and good Italian food. The meals include everything, such as salad or soup, bread, beverage, and dessert. However, the food quality has been reported to have declined recently, with some dishes like the chicken parmesan criticized for being hard and possibly microwaved. Portions of food have also been noted to be smaller than expected for the price.
Service is described as almost average, with longer wait times for requested side dishes. Yet, many customers have praised the service, particularly mentioning a lovely server named Avery, who was kind and attentive. One server made a birthday dinner special for a family, while others have been hard to understand, which can affect enjoyment. Despite these issues, many customers have loved the restaurant for years, with favorites like the "manager's favorite" featuring half rich meat sauce and half mazithra cheese and browned butter. The restaurant has updated its furnishings, and while the noise level can be quite loud, the ambiance with old vintage decor remains a charming aspect for diners.
Many customers appreciate the reasonable prices after so many years and enjoy the great selection of pasta, particularly the potpourri selection. The Lobster and crab stuffed ravioli with pesto sauce has received high praise, though some have noted disappointment with the Caesar salad for its lack of dressing. The bread is often described as amazing, adding to the overall dining experience.
