Several years ago we went often and thoroughly enjoyed the food here. This evening, however, things were different. Food was subpar. Service was some of the most awful I’ve had at a restaurant. The atmosphere at OSF will always be appreciated and beautiful.

There were 4 of us in my party, so nothing huge nor rowdy. We asked politely for 2 waters along with the other drinks. After asking Marisa 2 more times, she brought us 4, "because we wanted the water so badly" her words in a surly tone and attitude. Then when we got our salads/soups, she got some wrong and again with an attitude, "I'll bring back the rest!"
We once again had to ask for refills and more bread.
I've been a server before and know it can be busy and you can unfortunately get rude customers, but this was not the case...
The food was good, but the service had us all wondering (from the beginning) just how the rest of our meal was going to go.
Lucky for her, it wasn't my turn to tip, because she deserved a lot less than she got!

The food was okay, and the service was okay. We had a party of 12 and 1 side of the table, got more attention and refills of their drinks while the other side of the table ordered more glasses of wine, and never received it.

This is our go to place for celebrations and good Italian food. I love that the meal includes everything(salad or soup, bread,beverage, and dessert. When I sick I love the minestrone. I only wish we could order just soup in bowl or cup sizes maybe.

Finally sat in the trolley. Been going to this restaurant since I was a kid and the door seemed to be the largest thing in the world.
However, this particular server was very hard to understand and didn't make the experience as awesome as could be.
Portions of food were a lot smaller than the price.

The chairs at our reserved table were disgusting and had food splatter all over them; (I would hope if we reserve a table time would be taken to make sure it's clean for us ahead of time at least) & when I had asked Tessa, our waitress, for help with taking the chair to be cleaned (she seemed almost annoyed I had even asked her to) I was grabbing a new one and she close to yelled at me to not steal chairs from other tables.

I've worked in food service many years and I totally understand the rules of chairs needing to be at their certain tables, but the way she decided to let me know was not the way to go about it and not professional in the slightest.

It has made me not want to order from her AT ALL because of that unfriendly/unprofessional tone she took, and I also had to request of her to stop touching me after I moved my chair in closer away from her the first time she touched me.

I did in fact not order the whole meal, except for to-go food, and I had someone else ask her because I just didn't want to talk to her anymore at all.

When our table ordered drinks she forgot a couple and who they were for, also the same with our food. The food was not as good as we remembered from August of last year, the food my mother had was meatballs & sauce were bland, the noodles were sticky and the portion sizes were sometimes abysmal. The bread also was almost doughy and VERY hard to slice, fell apart and ripped.

We also asked for bread and Tessa forgot about that as well until after she had seated a couple other tables. The ice cream lastly she also seemed to space who had ordered which flavors and we had to repeat it multiple times to her.

I went to the bathrooms and they were also pretty gross, there was feces and urine on the seats. You would think on a Saturday night they would have extra upkeep of cleaning from high volume of customers.

We have loved the Spaghetti Factory for many years. Very seldom has the food not been amazing. Our favorite is the "managers favorite" with half rich meat sauce and half mazithra cheese and browned butter. Sooo delicious ? we love the ambiance and the old vintage decor.

I have always loved the ambiance of The Old Spaghetti Factory. Nothing anywhere like it.
And the white clam sauce is the bomb!
Ashley was the best server...very friendly and attentive.
I'm just going to have to make it back more often.

Always great food, service is usually pretty good, but sometimes they tend to forget things. It's all good, always a good experience there.
