Our drinks were DELICIOUS! We ordered 3 different drinks and it was difficult to pick a favorite. We also ordered the FUN Garlic Parmesan Pretzel Windz! It was soft and had just the right amount of seasoning! We also got the Funfetti Sprinkle Beignets to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the downtown Thirst location!
We had to wait about 2 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and we were the only ones in the store and there were 5 employees I could see and none of them acknowledged us. I know the drive through is the priority, but it shouldn’t have taken 2 minutes to have someone acknowledge us.

I’ll start off by saying that the pretzel dogs are fine. If you care about the correct texture of a pretzel or beignet, I cannot recommend this place. As someone else has mentioned in their review, the beignets are not hollow inside. They are also very large, pale in color, and dense. The shape is all that makes them resemble a beignet. If they were just a square fried breakfast bread, I’d say they’re okay, but they will not his the spot if you are craving beignets and have had the real thing. As to the pretzels, the exterior is okay but the interior is very wrong and unpleasant to eat if you eat pretzels because you enjoy their texture when made correctly. If you’re not a bread snob or a home baker, you may enjoy both these items and you could give this place a try because you may be as happy with the food here as all the other people who have given this place 5 stars.

I was always a little hesitant about this location because in the past, you didn’t order h til you got to the window which made the whole process a lot longer especially when there is a line. This most recent time, they had someone outside taking orders. My order was ready when I got to the window so I was in my way quite quickly. I work downtown so being able to come here and not wait 20 mins (which did happen once) to order and be in my way was very convenient. I hope that is something they continue to do when the line gets long.
Their cookies are delicious. I usually pick up a chocolate chip cookie which always comes out warm. Also, the free popcorn which my daughter loves when she is with me. My drink, Dr. McDreamy, was perfectly made. The two workers who assisted were also friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience.

I love this place! I buy bags of ice all the time. Their ice is soft and chewy but the bags are super thin and often rip open easily. I recommend asking for ice to be double bagged to be safe. But they're on par with Sonic's ice!

Love their drinks the closing crew is the best I usually go around 9ish pm and they always provide great service even though they are ready to close.
The employees are always really nice and friendly and always make me smile. But when a higher up is yelling at them to do something they don’t want to do makes me feel overwhelmed and uncomfortable as a customer. I don’t recommend this location, has many flies and the temperature inside is very hot. Do not go to this location, trust me.
