I have given this location so many tries because I love the one in West Jordan, but I can't keep wasting my money. So many issues, from getting a text offer for free pretzel bites to being told it would be a 50 minute wait, to ordering the SAME THING I have always ordered and being told I now have to choose "a float" with it and no one able to tell me what has changed or what they were doing before.
I will continue to go to the one in West Jordan.

My wife wanted to try Thirst drinks after watching a YouTube video. As part of a cross country road trip in September, we stopped at this one. She ordered a smooth classic and a scotcharoo. She enjoyed both items.

My drink was given to me with it spilling over and nothing in it was mixed and I got a huge mouthful of purée. It was discussing. They also were extremely rude and refused to give my friend the free drink she received from the text even though we met all criteria’s. Do not recommend, go to swig or even the gas station is better.

This is my favorite soda place and this location is in a convenient location for me. I especially love their root beer based drinks. If you guys were open on Sundays though, I’d definitely visit on that day!!

Bountiful Thirst is awesome. Yummy food and drinks. I just got their new thirst melon 40oz cup. Sometime there is a little wait but it's always worth it. I love there Johnny and Jane drink that I sometimes change the base side to Dr pepper from Sprite. Any dessert is amazing.

I usually like to get thirst drink with my husband we usually get the hustle but today we decided to get something different and I really liked my drink. I got the April something and my husband got one of the water drinks that’s supposed to have orange pieces of mango lime and lemon in it and well we usually when it has the pieces of the fruit we’d like to eat it or something like the oranges were good. The lime was OK in the lemon too but the pieces of the mango or just disgusting. They tasted like they were. They were in good like they were past days and like the drink didn’t even taste good either and I don’t know if it was because of the mango was like not good anymore or something, but we love our strength and it was something that I wanted to leave for them to knowbut yeah

Usually like coming here, but every so often they get my order wrong. But I was a bit annoyed the other day when I got a Heeey You Guys (lemonade, blue curacao, and coconut creamer), and some powdered sugar beignets with honey, but the drink only had the blue curacao added, and the beignets I got were plain. Spent $12 and some change, so not really on the cheap side. I sent them a message via their contact form on their website to see what could be done about it, and have not heard back, but instead was randomly added to their mailing list I guess, because I've received junk mail from them since then (which there was no indication whatsoever I was agreeing to receiving just by attempting to contact them? Seems a bit weird and unprofessional, but alright then..) Don't think I'll be coming here anymore.

Out of Sprite at the soda place! "We have Sprite Zero it tastes the exact same". Ummm no, zero sugar does not taste like sugar. I get offering something else but don't tell me it tastes the exact same. 🤣 Happy Day!
I loved it. I didn't taste the beignets but def will next time. I had parm pretzels warm and fresh! No stores near me had Dr Pepper coconut cream so this was my temp fix and they did just that!

The staff there are so very friendly and nice.! Good people are very hard to find. The owners are lucky to have such a great staff at their Salt Lake location!!

Left out the coconut creamer in my drink. If I wanted just a diet Dr. Pepper I would just go to McDonald’s and only spend $1 on a drink as opposed to $4 dollars on a cup, some sparkling water and sugar. Waste of money, waste of time, waste of a beautiful evening (turned ugly), and overall just a real bummer. I hope corporate gets their act together, little Timmy’s lemonade stand is better run than that place.

These were so yummy! I ordered 2 separate days for parties. Both times the food was amazing. The employees are friendly and helpful. These are even yummy pulled out of the freezer and warmed up pretzels and Beignets for a snack! Thank you Thirst!
