This is truest coconut based cuisine restaurant. Excellent combo choices and curry stews were perfectly balanced between spice and coconut milk. Quality of ingredients and meat are above fast food level and quite affordable. Didn’t try their sushi since I wanted carb overload with proteins after visiting the Mormon museum across street.

I wasn't sure how I'd feel about food court sushi, but I decided to give it a try. I went with the simple maki combo with a salmon and avocado roll, but they do have a bunch of other roll options that you'd see at Americanized sushi restaurants with eel sauce and cream cheese. The combo comes with 2 sides and I chose the gyoza and edamame. Gyoza was tasty and crispy on the outside, but the edamame was kinda soggy and bland. The maki rolls were decent and the fish seemed fresh so that was good. I just didn't like how mushy the rice was. The highlight of this food court joint at City Creek was the curry! I've never had Tibetan curry so I wasn't sure what to expect. The yellow and red chicken curry were both very tasty and I would definitely return for these again. I'm not sure if they have hot sauce or are able to add some heat, but that would've made it better for me since I love spice. The curries both were very flavorful and reminded me of a cross between Indian and Thai curry and a bit sweet. The sesame chicken was also good, but I'll probably stick to the curries next time.

This place is phenomenal. If I went to a fancy table service restaurant and got sushi of this quality I'd be thrilled. Even the side dishes are great. Large filling portions. Super fresh. Best food in City Creek.

FYI this is located in the city creek mall food court. Really fast service. Fresh tasting. I had the yellow coconut curry and it was great for a fast food setting.

I love the sushi options! Definitely made fresh which is why it takes a little linger to get your food, but worth it. There are lots of options and I am most likely going back to try them all....all of them. If you are at City Creek and have a sushi hangaring make sure to drop by.
