Had a fantastic experience here. The environment was very clean considering the number of cats in one room. The staff were kind and gave clear communication. I love that these kitties are available and think it's a wonderful way to promote adoption. There were lots of kids there when I went and I would say this is a great place to take your little ones.

The staff were nice and the cats even nicer, the atmosphere in the cafe is very nice both in the noncat room and in the cat room, 12/10 would recommend coming here for the nice atmosphere even if you don’t like cats.

Really really really disappointed. I took my daughter for our first visit. First off, the website states children 3 and under are free. Apparently that is not the case. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi.
The cat room though....it's filthy. We got there around noon and the cats were all sleeping. The rule, which i agree with, is to not disturb the sleeping cats. So we sat there for an hour.
The floor had a layer of grime on it. It reeked of cat urine. There was a singular cat locked in the out of order bathroom who was mewing non stop to be let out. I brought it to the employees attention and they were aware of it but the cat wasnt let out.
I dont expect it to be spotless, but i do expect it to look like it's been cleaned in the last 24 hours. It clearly was not.
The cat's bedding needed to be laundered, a lot were ripped open.
Really disappointed with something i thought could be a fun bi-weekly tradition.

Clean, well lit cafe area with tables and benches to enjoy a cup of coffee and a delicious cookie next to a quiet, enclosed space with soft and friendly kitties! There are also games and activities to enjoy while you visit and are all cat-themed! The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. Some of the cats are also available for adoption! I definitely recommend this place for cat lovers!!!
Parking: There’s a small lot behind the building but beyond that it is public street parking where you can find it.
Kid-friendliness: As long as you’re gentle with the cats and respectful of the space and rules, children are allowed here with parental supervision.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no automatic doors or handicap parking, but the building is only one story with a flat entry way.

Be warned: Tinker’s Cat Cafe is NOT little child friendly. Unless your children are old enough to keep silent on demand, don’t bring them here, because the staff will unapologetically (and in somewhat rude manner) keep telling you and your little children to be quite the entire hour. I understand that loud sounds from excited children can scare cats and make them run away, but certain behaviors come with age and are largely outside of parents’ or children’s control. If Tinker’s Cat Cafe takes quite so seriously, then they should institute a minimum age policy, to sift through compatible and incompatible clientele, just listing it in the rules disclosure isn’t enough, because it doesn’t reveal the level of strictness and enforcement that will be applied. Their failure to prevent families with children under 3 to attend ruined our experience, and they will ruin yours. Volunteer at a cat shelter instead, orders of magnitude better than this place.

I've been here twice and both times have been great. The cats are friendly and pretty chill. There is a little bit of a smell in the room as you would expect from an enclosed space with multiple cats and litter boxes. Overall good experience and would recommend.

Cat cafes are always nice to go to. But this one is extra special as the cats are from a local shelter and up for adoption. What an absolutely wonderful idea.
As a bonus. The coffee was nice as well!

My family and I drove nearly 200 miles just to go to our very first cat cafe. After seeing the raving reviews for Tinker’s, we couldn’t have been more excited to come. Unfortunately, it wasn’t anything we would’ve hoped it would be.
I want to begin with saying the staff was very pleasant and attentive, this was the only plus.
Our appointment was at 10 am, so we were in the first appointment block of the day. We walked in, and right off it has a terrible smell. The paint on the walls was peeling, there were crumbs under the tables in the cafe, and there was black on all the doors (around the doorknobs and the edges of the doors) from people’s dirty hands.
When we were allowed to go into the cat room, we were floored by the environment these cats have to live in, and not in a good way. It looked like a dirty daycare. Mangled cat toys, chipped and peeling paint, only 3 cats for all 10 people to interact with. The rest were in the kitty back room. One of the employees left the back room door open and when we looked inside, it was worse than we thought. First of all, their cleaning chemicals are stocked on a shelf, not locked up, and on the same shelf as the cat food. The kitties could literally just jump up there, lick a few nozzles, and die of poisoning.
Then, in the cats area, it was not only dirty, but there were even cat brushes on a shelf that are full of cat hair and obviously hadn’t been sanitized (not sure if they ever had been. The cat toys were all dirty, some were shredded and some were broken. I was afraid to touch them. We didn’t even feel like it was sanitary to sit on the rug on the floor to hang out with the kitties.
We wanted to love this place so badly. It looked like it once was a very inviting and wonderful place. I’m hoping this review and pictures will alert management of how bad it’s gotten. Those poor kittens deserve better. Please bring back the clean and fun place it looks like it used to be. We applaud Tinker’s for taking on and adopting out some amazing kittens, they just need to get back on track.

Wow! Just have to give Tinker's a kudos cause I just got five star service. My silly butt reserved an incorrect time for one of my tickets. I called but they were busy. They took care of it without even talking to me. You are fantastic, thank you. ?

Had such a good time here! The cats were so fun to pet and play with, and the staff was so friendly! I asked the person behind the counter for a drink recommendation and it did not disappoint! Will definitely come back here!

I brought my kids, at their request. I must admit it was very disappointing, as no mater how much food or drink bought, it was over 6$ per person just to go in the cat room. They said it was for the cat food. I was shocked I had to spend $20 to play with shelter cats for 30 minutes. I'm surprised people come to hang out with cats when it costs so much. I didn't order food but rated it low because it was so expensive to just breathe the same air as the cats I didn't want to pay even more for coffee. The atmosphere was pleasant.
