All cats were sleeping. Only 1 playful cat. Kinda waste of money.

It was nice to spend time with the kitty's. They seemed to have been treated and cared for very well. It smelled like cats(obviously I get it) but it was enough I couldn't stomach food or drink unfortunately. I was addressed by staff in a friendly manner but couldn't help but to notice my male friends were not. Kinda weird. Cats get a 5 star though

I felt invisible. Staff would clearly look past me to help female guests. Seemed annoyed to have to interact with me.

Staff obviously sexist. They barely talk to you but will brighten up and become extremely friendly once they start talking to a female guest. It smells real bad and they don't know how to reduce the smell. It blows my mind they aren't called out for this more.

Not worth it, had to pay extra for the cats. Coffee is overpriced.

We went back today a couple years after adopting “Curly” and saw him on all the adopted cats board! We’re so grateful to Tinker’s Cat Café for bringing this lil guy into our lives. We took our kids to hang out with the cats and they had so much fun! The staff is nice and they have a few fun cat themed activities for you to do while you visit. The drinks were a bit too sweet for my liking. I got the Meow and my partner got the Sphinx. They were still good.
Here’s an updated picture of Curly now known as Mochi.

I love going to this cafe after getting my appointments done! This place is very affordable for an hour hang out with the cats!
As much as I appreciate the vegan treats, I wish there is more options for non sweet options. Tho some treats are dry or way too sweet (not to my friend, he is a massive sweet tooth).
The drinks are amazing! I haven't tried coffee, I am not a coffee guy. (ಥ﹏ಥ)
Just don't ask for 2% milk, they do not have it sadly.
My only main complaint is the harsh cat pee smell. I am not sure if they fix the ventilation in the building but it's something that always bothers me everytime that I visit.
Overall! Love this place just to pet some kitties and draw!

Absolutely love to get a cat-puccino while I spend some time with kittens. If you are planning on adoption this is a great way to interact with them and see if you are a good fir for each other. Otherwise the kitties do like the attention regardless! :)

Lovely and cozy place to get a drink, a baked treat, and spend time with adorable adoptable cats. They often have vegan items in the bakery case and also offer alternative milks for the drinks. All the cats here come from Salt Lake County Animal Services. The cats are well taken care of and they have lots of toys and cozy places to sleep. We love a cafe that's aesthetic, cute, ethical, and helps kitties find their forever homes.

Took the kids so they could play with the cats. Enjoyed a hot latte and it was delicious

nice place but would’ve been nice if they included a notice saying you have to reserve and pay to hang out with cats

I was genuinely excited to visit Thinkers Cat Café, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the hype. I ordered a large coffee, and without exaggeration, it was the most disgusting cup I’ve ever tried. It tasted like dirty water, I couldn’t even finish my first sip. Pretty disappointing, especially for a place that markets itself as a café.
The barista barely looked at me while taking my order, which just added to the underwhelming vibe. On the bright side, spending time with the cats was absolutely awesome: they were friendly, playful, and honestly the only reason this review isn’t one star. But let’s be real: this isn’t just an adoption center. If you're going to call yourself a café, the coffee needs to be at least decent. Sadly, it wasn’t even close.

I went to a few cat cafés in the area and honestly this one was just not my favorite. The drink and food options were mid at best and they were the most expensive to pay to see the cats. They did have a good variety of books, games, and cat toys in their cat room which was lovely, but for the few cats that were out at the time of my visit, I couldn't help but feel like I wasted my time and money. I will say that of all the cat cafés, this one was the best suited for larger parties, however, I cant say I would recommend this cat café to my friends.
