Caputo's has a wonderful selection of many items, including tinned fish, cheese, pastas and made-to-order sandwiches; and a personal favorite, jarred marinated artichokes from Italy. The in-store experience is always professional and welcoming, and the ship-to experience is perfect too, with everything being wrapped securely in paper packing material. The box is always a treat to open.

Came for dinner and patio, live music. Always a fun atmosphere but was very disappointed in my food experience this trip.Always used to order the Trio Salad, which has always been delicious . Told that was no longer a menu item. Ordered what said Tuna salad instead . What came was a small plastic to go type container, with a scoop of tuna in it.... seriously?? No lettuce , no roll, and all to the tune of about 9 dollars with tax . That is not a salad! I Unbelievable! Also ordered a cup of soup. It was a bit watery, semi tasteless , and also served in a cardboard to go type container. We were not going anywhere! ... came to sit out, listen to music and enjoy a good dinner . Service and atmosphere was good, food was disappointing! Sad, have always loved this place in the past.... food needs to go back to how it was a bit ago.

Delicious subs! We had the meatball sub & the old school sub. The old school was sweeter than expected. The meatball was messier than expected. Both were also more delicious than expected. Great product selection. Highly recommend!

The quality and selection of specialty items is incredible. The staff isn’t quite as knowledgeable or friendly as they used to be . The sandwich’s are great

Caputo's! Someone a while back recommended this place to me for a good Italian hoagie. So, I went old school.

The ≈$13 sandwich was good. It beats Jimmy Johns, Subway, and FIrehouse by a longshot, but it wasn't amazing.

All the ingredients were fresh including the bread, and everything paired well together. There was a good amount of lettuce and more than a hefty serving of bread. The pepper jelly also added a nice touch, but the sandwich had a bit too much flour power to it. To get that 5 star rating, the old school should have had a 0.66-0.75x the amount of bread, about 1.6-2x the meat inside, and a bit more of the following: salt, black pepper, vinaigrette, and olive oil. I'd even be willing to pay $3 more if it was PACKED with deli meat.

I also had the imported Spanish chips. While they were good, they were about the same quality as Frito Lay potato chips, but for a larger price tag.

Staff were kind and sandwiches looked good. I specifically came to try the sea salt chocolate chip cookies and I was bummed. I felt there was too much salt and the chocolate seemed to be dark so there was not much sweetness to them to balance out the salt. I will be sure to update if I come back sometime and try the sandwiches.

MAN!!!! This was the first time I’ve been to Caputo’s. I live way south and have to stock up on my Italian provisions when I’m up north. They have so much an AMAZING variety of Italian product; my mind was blown. I had so manny question at the deli counter and Tanner was very patient and helpful!! He got me exactly what I needed and helped me find some new things to enjoy!!! This is my new Italian deli… My fiancé and I also had sandwiches there too!!! THANKS TANNER AND THE GIRL RUNNING THE REGISTER AND EVERYONE!! I love this place and the people!!! Thanks Chad

The muffaletta and the meatball sub are 5/5. Now, dont get me wrong, I am definitely partial to NOLA muffaletta but this is GOOD. The meatball sub is perfect. Its just the right amount of sauce with a generous serving of meatballs and plenty of cheese but not too much . You can’t go wrong with these two sandwiches. I havent had anything else yet but i have high hopes that the other subs are just as good.

This Italian market is very good, you can find a great variety of Italian products, they have a small restaurant inside and the food is delicious, the sandwiches are very good with fresh bread, very good bread.

Hi Caputo's,

I want to start by saying that I genuinely appreciate your cute little market and what it offers. However, I consistently find the deli experience frustrating. I really want to love your sandwiches, but the flavors always seem so subdued and boring.

It's actually quite remarkable how you can assemble a sandwich with such high-quality ingredients and still have it taste so bland. I've tried a variety of your offerings, hoping for a different outcome, but each time I'm left feeling underwhelmed.

At this point, I think I'm done trying your food.

Sincerely,
Lucas
