Uncle Hot Pot & All you can eat

all you can eat hot pot? yes already. there’s a whole wall of seafood, veggies, fish cakes, salted eggs that you can self serve? yes again. fridge of beverages you can grab yourself multiple times? yes yes. super nice staff and pretty good broth on top of all that? yes yes yes. I’m from Maryland in an area with a lot of good Asian food, and I just don’t know this is how it worked in Utah 🥲

As a person who enjoys hot pot I would classify this as not a beginner’s hot pot. If you don’t know what to do there are no instructions even on the menu detailing how to proceed. Selection was nice, I tried the popular buffet. Again, if you know what to do and need no explanation this place if for you.

Good food, very nice dining area and buffet area. Parking is in back and is fairly accessible for SLC. Def recommend

I had a great experience at Uncle Hot Pot! The food was flavorful, fresh, and definitely worth coming back for. The deluxe menu, while enjoyable, could benefit from a few more premium options considering it's the highest tier—just to better match the price point.

That said, the interior design really stood out. The space is beautifully designed to feel like a high-end restaurant, and it complements the quality of the food perfectly. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Overall, a solid spot for hot pot lovers looking for great taste in a classy atmosphere. I'll definitely be returning.

The owner would tamper the bill and pretend to be a stranger to argue with you if you find it.
After several failed try to convince me that he did it by a mistake and attacked me with insulting words.
He suddenly found it's easier to admit the error and refund me.
But I'm not living on the extra 4 dollars. Just want to let you guys know this isn't a good place to visit and you won't get fresh seafood from them.

I went in with my boys. We all LOVE the food! The owners are super kind. This is our new favorite hotpot place now!

One of the best hotpots I have been to. It's a good price, it comes with some seafood (enough if you don't like too much), unlimited drinks, and meat for $28 that's the stantered choice. (More seafood is $58 ish) The appetizers are so so good, especially the steamed sweet buns. Staff is always very welcoming and nice, asking if you need anything. Food and quality I feel like are really good, it tastes fresh, and the spicy broth is my favorite.

This was some of the best hot pot I've ever had! Food was delicious, plentiful, with a large variety to choose from, service was great, servers were friendly, and it wasn't busy at all when we went. Will absolutely be coming back next we're in the area!

Came in and was immediately greeted by friendly service. The food was phenomenal and all kept fresh. The serve was very attentive to our table, even with several other tables coming in and being the only server at the time. We stayed for near 2 hours and never once felt rushed to leave. Overall, it's a great place to come and enjoy as much food as you can eat at your own pace.
