My grandparents were visiting a friend getting surgery and received bad treatment from one the caregivers. My grandfather had a reusable cup that he was told to never bring in ever again and had a lady wagging a finger in his face. Ruined the experience for sure

This place doesn’t get enough credit. In the last 2 years both my parents ended up in the icu here flown from Boise. Mom was there in march 2023 they did amazing job taking care of her arm. My Dad is currently in the burn unit with some serious burns and they are doing an amazing job taking care of him. I CANT THANK THE STAFF ENOUGH FOR TAKING CARE OF MY PARENTS.

Was here for my wife. I was awake most of the night, so I was positively starving by lunchtime. She didn't want to eat/couldn't, so I came downstairs for some food. Kinda spendy. It was better than I was expecting, and I was glad they had gluten-free options for me. Adversely, it was expensive for what you get, the salad was $8, the cup of broccoli cheddar was $4, 24oz drink was $2-3 and no free refill, spicy crab roll was $8 and the rockstar was $3-4. About $28 for this tray. Filled me up good, but for that price, I could've eaten at Chili's or Olive Garden. Obviously, you're paying for the convenience of in-house, which helps it's case, but still hurts the bank. If I'm stuck here again, I'd eat here again simply for not having to go outside the hospital, possibly get a worse parking spot, and I know it's decent food.

Vegetarian options: Good selection of vegetarian items

Dietary restrictions: Good selection of gluten-free/gluten-intolerant items for people like myself.

Parking: Many hospital parking spots in the garage, but it can be hard to find spots big enough where people haven't parked poorly, or you can do the "free" valet

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Saw many kids eating here with families

Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible as is expected

I enjoyed my experience. The food was very good, service was okay, and the cafeteria, was clean with a cafeteria waitress that actively cleaned and swept the cafeteria. 5/5 stars

Pretty good food for a hospital cafeteria. Different guest restaurants are nice. Would love to see more vegan options. All of the salads come with cheese already on them....would love to have salads that are dairy free.

The food is good. But omg they take advantage that you are starving in the hospital trapped and jack up the prices of everything super high . I never seen hospital food this expensive
Anybody there with little money all night long will starve and suffer because they can't afford food unless they are Rich. The cafeteria looks nice and you can sit with a laptop and get away from it all.

Probably best hospital cafeteria breakfast we've had. Made to order omelet and pancakes were delicious. Also very affordable. Gentleman was preparing sushi, will have to try it for lunch.

I bought a tuna sandwich on 3/24/24. It was near closing time. My spouse was in the hospital. I took the sandwich to the hospital room and ate half of it. I stayed overnight in the room. 2 hours after eating the sandwich I started to get pains in my stomach. I threw up all night and had severe diarrhea. Thanks a lot to the sandwich counter!! ?

The food is expensive. A cup with 5 broccoli and 5 baby carrots cost 4.20. Otherwise variety and atmosphere is good.
