the urban lounge is a great establishment I went to the stryper concert there last October the staff is cool, I remember it when it was the holy cow I met Great White there with the late great Jack Russell. keep up the good work guys

No security check for weapons was concerning and the bar was way way way u under staff for such a big event. 20-30 minutes in line to get a beer was ridiculous. With that said the concert part was fun.

I'm old enough to remember when this place used to run AC. They should do hot yoga in here because right when you walk in you get hit with 98 degrees of ball sweat. Please, Run the AC.

Zero ventilation - it had to be over 90 degrees in there last night, there comes a point that becomes a safety hazard. Even the artist was commenting on how hot it was. If you're too cheap to run the A/C, at least get some fans.
Service fees are excessive.
Feel bad for the staff, you can tell they run a skeleton crew for these shows.

Y’all need to turn the ac on during shows. Unacceptable for the bands performing and attendees. It’s very uncomfortable to have to sit there and sweat for three hours while watching your favorite band play with them saying how hot it is in the venue.
Was surprised to see a metal show here, but it sounded incredible. The tight intimacy really made the music flow. Incredible sound system, definitely excited to see more shows here!

If you book a booth, you're really just getting a place to sit. No real table top, no bottle service. There is very little ventilation in here. Luckily the restrooms are clean and don't smell horrible, it was the only place you could breathe when it gets too muggy. Since you can't go outside to catch your breath at all. So if you're an asthmatic... beware. You may find yourself having to go to the restrooms to breathe a little bit.
Also, no food at this venue and no outside food allowed. It for sure makes me prefer seeing shows at Aces High Saloon more.
