The food is always superb and I have yet to have anything but a fantastic server. Drinks are on par and the bartenders skills are second to none! They also have the most amazing patio. Highly suggest.

Found on Opentable and decided to try. Glad I did. Really good drinks and unusual menu. I'll go back.

The vibes were great, service was fantastic. The food was delicious. We ordered the beet hummus, Mediterranean salad, and the bolognese, and everything was delicious. Highly recommend if you're in the downtown SLC area.

My wife and I had a really lovely dinner before a show at the Eccles Theater. Ivy & Varley ended up being perfect. We had a reservation for standard seating but the staff was very accommodating and was able to let us sit outside. It was a perfect day and their patio is super chill and relaxing. The staff was great, wine was great, and the food was exceptional. Very unique and executed at a high level of quality. The experience definitely lived up to their reputation, I can't wait to visit again.

This was my second dinner service at Ivy and Varley. Again they blew it out of the water! We were on a time crunch and we made it out the door with plenty of time. The food was again delicious with great flavor experiences all around- from the burgers to the pastas. The portions were large, and the beverages were excellent.

Loved it! This was my second time coming here for dinner on a Friday night. Both times I've been, the service was great, food came out SO fast, and it was excellent! I'll definitely be back.

Opentable Diner

Server was great. Food was good. My only concern was how close they placed our table next to a big party. They were so close to us greating each other that it was uncomfortable what we were faced with (buttocks ;). I would go again but asked to be placed at a different table. I would recommend going here

This place is closed for maintenance. Ivy & Varley is a bar next to varley and it is open.

The sprouts were amazing. We had a quiet corner on a slow night. Service was awesome. Definitely a repeat.

I specifically made a reservation for dinner and got seated in the club. When I attempted to show the team, they said they only had seating for the club side. There was no dinner menu, only like bar appetizers. Why would anyone make a reservation for something like this? A high top table with only appetizers and loud dance music?! That was a first and last experience for me.

Me and my girlfriend arrived made a reservation for Valentine's Day on open table. the last slot they had available was 945. We were quickly seated and our server was absolutely amazing and our hostess that sat us was also amazing!! Definitely 10/10 service. however, we ordered al la carte because the prixe fix menu was ending at 10pm. we ordered 6 very average or in some cases undrinkable alcoholic beverages (the glassware was cool though) and some very subpar appetisers, the salmon however was very good. all in all, it's a place to take some cool instagram pictures and the service is great. but for the price you can get much better food and drinks at other restaurants in the city.

Sat 50 minutes after our reservation. Other guests had been waiting well over an hour past their reservation time as well. Out of several items on their prefixed dinner course. Chicken came out cold and salmon was dried out as though they had all these dishes sitting under heat lamps for hours in the kitchen. Poor execution of service and even more disappointing quality of food. Do not be fooled by their marketing, your dollars and time will be better spent elsewhere.

Spent $200 there for Valentine's Day & I truly do not feel like it was worth $200. Every course was 3/10, minus the main (8/10). I've been to extremely nice restaurants & have been much more fulfilled / satisfied. Won't return.

I made a reservation for Ivy and Varley, but when I showed up I was told that I had a reservation at the "jungle disco pop up" next door, called Coco Cabana (this was completely unexpected).. The menu was limited pub food with just a few options and the place was so loud that we all had to scream at each other as we ate. The food was fine, but we would have preferred the larger menu (that we thought we could choose from) and a quieter atmosphere.

The service was slow. The wine showed up after we had been served dinner and we had ordered the wine when we sat down. My potatoes were under cooked. The rest of the food was good just not terrific.
