Our fries spent so long under the heat lamps that they had no moisture. They were dry and we had to throw them out.

Fresh food amazing customer service and an amazing value! Best customer service I’ve ever had! And $17 for a son of a baconator, 10 piece nugget, 4 piece nugget, Large fry and Large drink is unheard of these days!!!

I don’t know what lady took my order, but she was old and had blonde hair with a raspy voice. The customer service was very poor, on the speaker box she was impatient and had short responses with also a lack in response, it would take her about a minute to respond to what I said.
STALE bread on my burger! Hard and tough to chew through. Unacceptable. The manager also laughed in my face when I asked why the price was 5 dollars more than what the menu sign said. Do you treat all your customers this way? This Wendy’s is TRASH and I’ll never come back. 👎🏼

literally every single time for the last few weeks the service has been so insufferable😭 can’t even get my order out of my mouth without being cut off, given wrong orders or overcharged and STILL not getting the full meal. if you hate customer service so bad then go work at the DMV or somewhere where you’re expected to be unfriendly 😭
