the manager here needs to be fired. he is constantly threatening to not serve people. I walked right out because of his attitude.

This wendy’s food and service is REPULSIVE!!! The manager and workers attitudes are disgusting. Not only did I have a bad experience, but the food was cold and tasted very bland. Will not be returning.

Our Diet Coke was way watered down and they forgot to give it to me so I had to ask for it after we almost drove off. The line was super slow and they didn’t seem to care about me.
The girls scout mint frost was good though.

went at 4:30pm to drive thru, sat there 10 minutes nobody was on the speaker or taking orders . workers where there. just not willing to take any orders pulled up the the window and some dude opens window and gives me a dumb look and closes window. are you dumb? at least say something to your customers. when i call the restaurant the automated machines says their busy helping customers and hangs up on me, 2 days in a row now.

I went to Wendy's today 1/26/25 ordered a #1 Dave's single combo & a large chili
NOW WHAT I GOT WAS 1/2 ORDER OF FRIES A KIDS BURGER & ONLY 1/2 OF THE LARGE CHILI.
DON'T GO TO WENDYS THEY ARE OVER CHARGING CUSTOMERS & BUT CHARGING FULL PRICE.

Visited location around 12:30 midnight and was told they only accept orders through the mobile app after midnight. Since when??? But I did see them take an order of three guys who walked up through the drive-through at night. Make it make sense. Won’t be back

I was treated so poorly. I asked if I could order some of the value meals. Apparently they didn't happen until 10pm which is fine so I said whatever let's move on I'll order something else. The person at the register proceeded kindly to try and tell me what other meals they had available but the wannabe manager whatever he thought he was, was having a bad day or something. He told me to get out because he was feeling so disrespected. All because I said whatever I'll order something else. Almost as if he was looking for an altercation. I only gave 3 stars for the cashier who tried to help me. Hopefully the general manager sees this. I'd be glad to point out the man. If you can't hang in customer service or fast food, maybe it's time to reconsider. I was not rude until he verbally attacked me.

When did Wendy’s full size sandwiches go kid size???? Shrinkflation!!! So frustrating to order a combo for $13 and get what used to be the kids meal size sandwich.

Did curbside on an order, due to a fast lunch break and waited for 15 minutes before I had to go inside and my order was just sitting in the counter-was not busy on the inside either and cars were flying there the drive thru. When I got my food one of the managers acted annoyed as if it was my fault
