The service was very poor. The bathrooms were locked and therefore inaccessible. They didn’t listen when we were ordering and they messed up the substitutions on the food. I will not being coming here again.

Came here on Saturday for lunch. We wanted to come inside to sit down and eat. We had to wait more than 15 mins for someone to take our order and then another 30 mins and nothing was ready yet. Several people behind us decided to just leave. When I asked about when the food will be ready, the lady just said the meat wasn’t not ready and didn’t provide any further ETA. We ended up canceling our order after waiting for 45 mins. I think they prioritize people who drive through because the line was moving very quickly outside but it’s a joke inside the store. I understand the store can be busy sometimes but the wait time should be communicated.

Parking: The parking lot for this Wendy’s is located behind it in reference to the front door of the building there is only one strip of spaces in front of the building so if entering the parking lot from the north side of Wendy’s, you need to drive past the Wendy’s in the target parking lot to the south side of the parking lot and then turn in just afterwards

Extremely rude to doordashers they lock All the doors but one and you've got a guess which door it is. If you go to the drive-thru they refuse to help you. Even though you've checked the doors, I will never pay at this location. DoorDash should cancel their contract with this

Fastest service I have literally ever received in my life. I gave my card at the drive thru and before she even gave it back I had the whole order in my car. No exaggeration they took 10 seconds, food was all fresh, didn't mess up my order when about a third of Wendys do, professional and kind. A hundred stars.
