There was no line and I ordered some food in the drive way and it was all cold the fries look burnt and cold, like it’s been sitting there for hours. This location REALLY SUCKS!!! Idk if the people who work who are lazy to cook and all the food was cold and taste gross, this is the 2nd time I came to this location because maybe I’ll get better results with food preparation the 2nd time around… NOPE!!!I ain’t coming back & I’m definitely gonna make sure I tell people that live by us that, that Wendy’s location suck!!

I just want to say this Wendy's is truly one of the best I've been to! Seems it's always fresh. The last 5 yes or more Wendy's has gone to poo! Thanks for being the best and next to my work. This specific one was slow, and had poor service. I waited in the drive thru for easily 30 minutes for my food. And there was barely anyone trying to get food. I like Wendy’s but this was just disappointing

Try training your staff to actually make food properly. The fries are never salted, the burgers are never right, and most of the time I get the wrong size of drink/shake. It’s not just one group of staff it’s all of them. I’ve tried different shifts and they still get it wrong.

I was relaxing after getting home from grabbing my food when I got back and bit into a nugget I felt a hair on it I didn’t think anything of it until I got another one with a hair on it, but still I have it the benifit of the doubt n thought it was mine, I grab another one and looked at it there were hairs cooked into the nuggets. Disgusting
Tables dirty, floors dirty, service slow, fries cold, pop machine dirty. I hate leaving bad reviews, it could have been a little worse tho so 2 *. The gal taking our order was friendly and did her job well.

I have to say that I am always disappointed when I come to this location. Every once in a while we take a chance to see if they might be doing better. It's always a no. We ordered dinner here last night, our fries were so soggy and under cooked I was surprised that even this location would serve it. All our chicken was old and dry. Maybe some day they'll get some night workers who actually care about what they serve. Who knows?

Morning manager needs a retraining in customer service. Very dismissive and always rushing people along. Gets orders wrong then gets angry when corrected. Always gets annoyed and never answers questions properly. Slammed the window as I was talking to him. 8/30/25 would rather drive 20 minutes to the next Wendy’s than to go back and experience his attitude again
