Drive thru was a mess. We were hurried along and then wasnt given sppons, napkins, etc. All wendy are not like this one.

DO NOT EAT HERE! The Dave’s single was straight raw 🤢🤢🤢 and then today tried to give them another chance and good thing I broke the burger in half cause look at this 🤮🤮🤮 this Wendy’s has to be the worst one I’ve ever encountered

I've have gone to this location twice in the past week. Twice I have had items I paid for missing from my orders. I get that mistakes happen some times and I'm usually understanding. Earlier this week it was an order of nuggets. This evening it was an entire bigge bag order with the exception of the sandwich and drink. That at least made it into the bag.

We had a very frustrating experience at Wendy's today. It felt like we repeated every part of our order (which was three average meals) multiple times. One particular item we had to fix 4 times before it was read back to us correctly. I'm not sure if this is the fault of the audio system or the employee but it was not a good experience for us, especially when we came to pick up our food and they were missing multiple items, some of which had been forgotten and others which somehow didn't get added to our order in the first place even though we repeated it multiple times. Lastly, to add on top of this, the young lady who brought our order was wearing a very unprofessional sweatshirt with a topless woman on the front of it and we had a 12 year old in the vehicle.

We was at Christmas shopping stop by Wendy’s on the way home to order a bacon, mushroom burger, and a single combo. The fries were very cold. There was no mushrooms on the bacon mushroom burger. Also we requested a special sandwich on the single cheeseburger because of allergies everything wrong. On a Friday night after Christmas shopping tried to call . No answer ever ! So disappointed

I was treated with no dignity or respect as a paying customer that recently went thru drive thru and went inside to throw away my trash and asked to use the bathroom and the young cashier looked at me looked away from me towards other workers and then looked at me up and down and straight up said the bathrooms were out of order and so i asked to speak to the mgr after turning my phone on because i have been advised to do so as a homeless resident and the way the homeless get treated i proceeded to ask the mgr for rr and he said it was for paying customers only and i told him i was a paying customer who went thru drive thru and now need to use the rr and he said sure come on and i asked him so is the rr out of order or not because i was just lied to by one of your cashiers and i told him i was an advocat and when i said that he treated me the rudest way possible and kicked me out of the store and called security on me which by the way the security officer was very understanding an he himself advised me to call coporate but im doing more than that as advised by therapist who sent me links to get the support i need for the violations against me as a paying customer by staff and management
