Unfriendly attitude. Why would you mean mug perfectly polite people when serving them food? Asked for caffeine free Diet Coke, and I have a feeling she didn't care to press the extra button to make it caffeine free, so I'll be sleepless tonight. Employees were seen eating food in the kitchen. My burger had a huge clump of pickles on one side. I was the only person in the drive through, and there was no reason to carelessly throw it together like that. Chick filet was packed, Taco Bell was packed, this place was empty. Now I know why.

I ordered three double bacon burgers with large fries and a large coke. When I took the first sip of drink it flat with No carbonation. The burger had no flavor the only part I tasted was the ketchup and mayo. The fried didn’t have any salt and then didn’t even have any ketchup for my fries, and not a single napkin to clean my face.

Depends on the location but this one had super hot fries, great service, and delicious food.

I ordered a medium meal and received a small. No big deal, I work in food service too. This particular night I was hungry so I went back and asked for my receipt and I was told you don’t need your receipt, you asked for a small, you got a small, you received a small. So I left once again, this time checking the prices of everything online. When I found that the price I was charged corresponded to the medium that I did think I had paid for, I went back again to ask for a receipt. When I got the receipt I had indeed asked and paid for a medium. I work in food service and make mistakes all the time, but to deliberately lie to me about what I paid for and maliciously hide the receipt from me has to be illegal. I’ve never been lied to at a fast food place before with intent to gyp me out of the food I actually paid for and I don’t even know how to respond to that

Deadly Misery

My family and I placed a order, got a confirmation message and everything saying they received our order, it was paid for and it was basically just waiting on us to show up to get it. We get there and tell the lady the speaker we had a mobile order with the name, she told us to pull forward, handed us a drink that wasn't even ours and then told us she couldn't find our order. We showed her the confirmation message from their app, sat there and argued that it wasn't in her system or anything. We even checked the address to make sure we were at the right one and she even looked, but continued to still tell us she didn't have our order so we weren't getting our food and had to go figure it out. We pulled over, looked even at the bank history to see if we even got charged. We went back in side, showed the confirmation message again, the order number, bank history and even the receipt of what our order was, they still continued to argue with us (it was mainly the manager that was doing it) saying it wasn't in her system so she couldn't do anything and that we needed a receipt. Eventually when she finally decided to listen to what were saying about having a receipt, said we needed to read it off or the cashier worker wouldn't be able to help, WHICH WE OFFERED TO DO BUT SHE WALKED OFF TO GET THE MANAGER. We said we could read it off, but she instead had us WRITE OUT OUR ORDER ON A PIECE OF PAPER TO TAKE INTO THE BACK.
When we finally got our food after an hour of being there, we told the cashier working that one of the drinks was suppose to a large with 2 smalls. She started mumbling under her breath angrily at us. Yeah we got our food but it wasn't even worth it. The nuggets were semi hard, food was semi cold and the drinks were flat right off the bat. Totally not worth the fight.

Also before we even got the food, the cashier worker when we were showing her the order and receipt on my phone, she walked off into the back with it, didn't ask or even check if it was okay, just walked away with it. We also some one of the other works doing stuff with the fryers cough into his glove, was eating stuff then started coughing so badly that bodily fluids starting coming out of his mouth and nose. He wiped his face, did some more stuff with food THEN took off his gloves after already touching food.
We've had so many issues with this Wendy's even before this incident but this was by far the worse it's ever been there. Actually the worse it's been at any food place we've ever gone to.
Some of the most worse attitudes and service my family and I have ever dealt with it. You'd be better going off to a different Wendy's or entirely different food place in general. Not worth the time, money or headache.

I got a burger from here and got food poisoning. This especially sucked because the next day was my birthday and it totally ruined my whole plan. This place is terrible and I’ll never even consider coming back.

Charged me over $5 for water. I asked the employee if it was really over $5 for water, and he told me it was expensive. I got the manager and she proceeded to ask the employee over the ear piece why he would charge me that much for water. Then she blamed me for paying in the first place refusing to give a refund. Terrible people with terrible attitudes.

We went through the drive thru and ordered a biggie bag and a plain jr cheeseburger with just cheese and bun, and we thought everything was correct until we got to the window and then we checked and realized that we didn't get the right food, a manager said that "This happened 2 weeks ago and he remembered me. We live in Logan, this was our first time to this location and can't say that I'll be back. When I called the store I was offered a biggie bag to make up for this experience, however. Because I don't live in the area. The person on the phone was good, and the people who took our order and handed us our food were good. It was the manager who was a complete jerk about us asking for our correct food. I have 2 special needs kids and they really wanted fries and were upset that we didn't get any fries. I know I'm not the only Silver mini van in the area, but to get accused of ordering wrong food for the second time in 2 weeks is just wrong and rude

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to If their system isn’t down, they’re getting my order completely wrong or I’m missing items that I paid for When I try to call The answer and tell me I need to drive down there and then they hang up on me. Not to mention the employees here have horrible customer service skills. It just sucks cause there’s not really other food places around the area. But I’m done ordering food here. I would not recommend this Wendys to anyone.

I have NEVER dealt with this level of shitty service. I ordered 5 frosty, 5 large fries, and one sandwich. They forgot the sandwich. They also forgot the RECEIPT, and when I came back for the sandwich, they wouldn't give it to me for... we'll I have no idea what reason because I couldn't understand a single word the woman said. They messed up and refused to put it right. Absolutely terrible service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant I was overcharged. I showed the manager as overcharged. She told me she would fix it. Double charged me again. I realize that when I got home, I called them up and they told me that they send me a coupon or that I had to drive 50 miles each way to bring my credit card in after them making a mistake twice. I was called an idiot by store manager when I told him I did not want to coupon and I wanted to be refunded. I will never go to wendys again especially that one. This is the worst experience I've ever seen. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office. Your choice, but I would never go to this restaurant again. Mistakes happen, but they held the responsibility to make it up and fix a mistake

What a joke of a location should of stayed closed honestly. Waisted two night trying to go here after my shift bartending once at 2 a.m. another at 3 a.m. Both times sat in line for 30-45 minutes just to be told that they're systems are down and they cannot take anymore orders for the night. Then turn off your God damn signs and don't advertise that your open 24/7. Obviously, you can't handle the volume and can't handle being open past midnight so don't. You're just waisting people's time and pissing people off to not ever want to eat there again. I was excited for this location to reopen because it's on my way home from work now I wish it just stayed closed.
