Employees need to learn how to treat customers, especially the overnight crew. My friend was working doordash and was verbally harassed by one employee. This guy even threatened to call the police on my friend because my friend, was following the doordash app instructions and the guy ignored him intentionally. He mocked and intimidated my friend? I don't care what this person political opinion is, there is not a need to harass or threaten an individual

Went through the drive-thru. Order a number 3 and a sandwich. When we got to the window they had forgotten the number 3. When it was added and paid for only then were we asked if it was a combo. When I said yes, the employee acted annoyed with me. Like it was an inconvenience (sorry dude, that I’m bothering you at work) told them never mind because he seemed too pissed off.

Skarleth has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I will not be coming back to this location. She was not professional and stayed on her phone while walking my food out. Could barely speak any English and was very rude when I asked for a refund. 0 stars. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to say the least.

I go to pick up my order and the lady through the drive thru heckles me about confirming the order. I’m the customer there’s no way to confirm the order I just place it and go pick it up it doesn’t give me an option to “confirm” the order. This goes back in forth for a couple minutes, after which she curses at me and gives me the order. As a customer I don’t appreciate being heckled when I’m hungry and trying to pick up my order. Terrible customer service and staff needs to be trained and informed better as far as customer service goes.

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with a sprite, and ended up with an inedible deep-fried hockey puck they must've had left over from a few days ago.
I don't expect it to look like the commercial, but this was ridiculous. I had to throw it away, Wasn't worth driving back through the construction to tell them.

This location SUUUUUCKS & should get shut down. They mess up my basic order EVERYTIME. They are rude, and incompetent.
I found a HAIR in my sandwich. Disgusting.

Ya'll just out here ruining everyone's dam Monday huh? I paid for a small chocolate brownie frosty. I got a SMALL COLD BLACK UNSWEETENED, UNSOLICITED COFFEE. at 1 in the afternoon who orders that with their meal?! I got the spoon and it's on the receipt. How tf did it turn into coffee?! You guys have been down hill and now it's not even worth the order. Definitely not worth the pricing. The food sucks. Do better! You're Individualy owned. You can provide better service per location. Mediocre ass mess. Embarrassing.

Literally the most incompetent people work at this Wendy’s. Drive further and go to the one on 4500 S. Maybe your food will actually be decent and everything you ordered will be in the bag.

I ordered two swirl frostys , and not only did they completely mess up the order neither was a swirl but the employee who served me, Elena, was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. To make matters worse, I noticed she had black grime under her nails, which seriously made me question the hygiene standards at this location. This level of carelessness and disrespect is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning until I see some real improvements. Definitely a frustrating and gross experience.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I came to pick up a DoorDash order that was already marked as ready. I drove straight to the second window to show the order, since I was just there to pick it up, not place one.

An older man and a young girl, maybe 16 with glasses, opened the window and instead of just checking the order, they told me, “You’re supposed to say DoorDash and the name and wait for us to tell you to come to the window.” I apologized for not knowing the procedure and gave the order number, but they just said, “No, go back! We’ll tell you to come,” even though my car was the only one there.

Honestly, it was unnecessary and rude. A little patience and basic communication could have made the whole thing smoother. I hope the staff gets a reminder that treating people with respect matters—especially when they’re just trying to do their job too.

What does attacked by inside verbally then he followed me outside to harass me at the car window, because he was yelling at the employees and I told him not to yell so close to me and he called me outside I couldn't get the Wendy's to call the cops or kick him out so I left without my food!
