Staff wasn't very friendly, but what really got me was how one kids meal -as a toy (book) and the other had nothing. As a mom on a long car trip the took in this case a book is a necessity so when one kid gets one and not the other it makes a car trip very frustrating it's not like I could just turn around and go back for the toy either way my ratings are mostly based on missing a toy as a frustrated mother.
Kid-friendliness: You would think they would be a better place for kids but one got the toy(book) one didnt.

After eight minutes of waiting at the counter nobody has come to the cash register to take our order even though multiple employees saw us, and it was only 7pm.

Was asked to wait a little longer for part of the order. That food came second. Was still waiting for the rest of the order. Staff came and went several times and seemed annoyed that I was still there but I wasn't going to leave without the entire order I paid for. The food was great when it finally arrived

Not happy !! I just ordered a Taco salad 🥗 and a second small chili and a Chocolate frosty for my lunch. Both of my orders of chili are ice cold !!! Yes the frosty and salad are cold but the chili should be hot 🔥 not ice cold very disappointed . I come to this Wendy's because it's close to my work but it never fails to have something wrong with my order .

I ordered two burgers with no pickle or onion and both had three slices of pickle and a good amount of onion...
Also got these awesome baconator fries with 1.75 strips of bacon cut into thirds. Literally supposed to be crumbled bacon...
This is the worst location in the sl valley. I love Wendy's but this locations employees just don't care.

I ordered garlic parm saucy nugs, with ranch. Didn't get my sauce, for the wrong flavor nugs and the nugs I did get were hard as a Fuc**** rock!!! What a waste of money, so not worth it!!
