How long of a wait is long enough? 10 minutes with no line just to have some doordash driver brush past me and get served before me? There were 5 employees working, and each one looked at me multuple times while I stood at the counter without bothering to take my order.

The customer service sucks here. They always hide by the drive through window and goof off while dine in customers wait! When we actually get service they act like we are putting them out for being there! Meanwhile the one employee will stand and give dirty looks at everyone and play with her bra! Horrible!!!

Probably one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to so far. Definitely not worth the $20 or so we spent. The most stale fries I've ever eaten, soggy nuggets, cold burgers, and on top of all that the strawberry lemonade was fermenting??? Like this lemonade literally tasted like someone dumped a bottle of cheap vodka into it 🤢 And when I had to bring it back and say something I saw them laughing about it which is whatever I guess but having taken a drink of it wasn't very funny to me. The drive thru was also extremely slow even though it was not very busy.

Tried to stop for breakfast today my work van doesn't fit through the drive thru all the door signs say lobby opens at 6 apparently it does not open at 6 I tried both doors and looked through the window to see the employees just watching me. So any idea what time it opens? It wasn't open at 6:55

One order of chicken nuggets was room temperature and dry. I was able to get a new, fresh order quickly, though.
Worst customer service. I ordered 2 frosties and they were left on the counter for who knows how long and were completely melted. Awful customer service.

Ordered a delivery through DoorDash and the driver was the one to take a picture that the restaurant was closed this evening before regular hours. I understand things come up in restaurants, but there has to be a way to turn off your online ordering system.
