What is going on at this location? Fries and nuggets are past hold time, sandwich order was incorrect, and I was charged an $1 extra for sauses that weren't given to me. Do better.

We were 3rd car in the drivethrough on a slow night. Widow attendant was obviously without helpers, so I dont blame her for any bad attitude. It took 20 minutes to escape with unsalted fries. We had asked to omit a condiment on one burger. When I asked which one was the special burger, she suggested we open the all up and check. No hellos or good byes.

Gave me wrong sandwiches and didn't tell me my combos wouldn't come with fries until after they gave me my wrong order. Didn't offer to replace the fries either. Overpriced anyway. Never coming back.

Took about 25 minutes to get our order at the counter and a burger was missing from the bag, took another 10 minutes for then to provide the missing item. By the time we had our food the fries were cold and Wendy's fries do not taste good cold nor do they reheat well.

Went inside because there was a couple cars in the drive-thru, and they just straight ignored me. I waited 5 minutes and there was 3 people working behind the counter. 2 working the drive through and one cooking. I would have got faster service going in the drive-thru. I'm never coming back here again you guys are terrible and will never get any of my money. Cannot believe that just happened. Will drive an extra mile to go a different location from now on...thanks for being shitty people.

Consistently serves bad food. Even when you ask for it to be made fresh they will ignore your request and give you old food. They are undoubtably the reason why minimum wage won’t be raised. These people deserve minimum wage. They can’t do their job.
