Very kind and helpful. The credit card reader was rebooting. Despite this, they got our pizzas out and served over very large group without making us wait. The pizza was good, the staff was very friendly, a great hole in the wall.
I have ordered from this place several times for staff meetings. Not cheap, but good. One of my favorite pizza places in SLC.

I saw that they did not want to lend the bathroom to a person who works for Dordash. That person came to pick up a pizza that was being prepared. The man who was serving was very rude.

I would never ever return to this establishment again. They are not professional, and just lied about everything they offered. The owner just sat in his office chair while the employee asked him if he could help me, he just shook his head and said, “no”. The owner is biased and their “pizza shop” is very shady. No wonder 7 people walk in, and only one walks out with a pizza or any food.. I will be reporting them to the BBB of Utah. Thank you!

I would not wish going to this place on my worst enemy. Not only were the employees rude, unhelpful, and incredibly slow, my pizza was gross. It was soggy and over cooked. Not to mention the store was just generally not taken care of. Im convinced all of the good reviews here are fake.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. My pizza never showed up. I called Slice (which is the delivery service Wild Pepper uses) they said they couldn’t help me. They didn’t know where my pizza was. My husband called Wild Pepper Pizza and told them the pizza never showed up. They told him it was our problem. He told them that it was their service that they chose to use so they needed to either make us another pizza or refund our money. The lady hung up on him. He tried to call back and she hung up again. Now they aren’t answering their phone. This is absolutely, hand down the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Who hangs up on a customer?! We have no pizza and they have our $40.

I am changing my ratings to 1 star. I wish there was negative stars to give. Here are the list of issues:1. Never had confidence that my pizza was actually halal. Always have to triple check and ask the person on phone if they understand halal.2. Prices for halal are always different , same pizza 14 inch halal meat lovers went from 18 bucks to 35 bucks.3. You call in for a carry out so you don’t have wait in the store , even after giving 20 minutes(that’s how long it takes for us to get to the store ) you still have to wait for your pizza.

I drive up from St George almost monthly JUST to get this pizza! It is hands down the best pizza stop around! A true hole in the wall place! I’ve been coming here for years and their marinara is AMAZING!

The pizzas here are delicious, as are their wings. I like the curry chicken. Great flavor, and full of veggies. A win - win. The location is a bit rough. Order ahead, pick it up, and pff ya go :-)
