Wife is Peruvian, so her bar is set pretty high. I'm just a latino de corazon that loves peruvian food. I can say that this was my favorite pollo a la brasa I have had in Utah. The potatoes as others have mentioned are fresh cut and delicious. I ate them with the fantasic aji verde and man, it was delicious. The service while were there was ... fine. not flawless. Maybe they were short staffed but it was right at noon. Another table mentioned to the waitress (although he was not very nice) that he had asked three times for his inca cola. So, if true... then i mean, i'm kinda with him. but he did other things to. I plan on going back and getting some ceviche and lomo saltado and will leave another review.Why do all peruvian places play cumbia??? will change to 5 stars if we can just have some mana or anything but cumbia or ranchera.

Chicha morada was excellent.The roast chicken was tasty and succulent.Our server was attentive and thorough.Our other dishes we had were all great.We will come back here the next time we want a traste of Peru.

Good ingredient quality, good recipes, and good cooking. Don't be fooled by the cheap-looking interior (which might be better soon, they seem to be remodeling) - the food here is worth the price, tho of course restaurants in general have gotten more expensive. I recommend the "seco" stews.The suggestion I'd make to them is, if they're going to be open for lunch, then maybe they should have some more lunch-oriented dishes. As it is, you'd probably want to split a dinner dish with someone.

First time going there...There is always something positive to improve better and have customers satisfied.The " Lomo Saltado" meat could much better if they are cut a little more thinner...a little more onions as well...other than that it was just a good plate...

Had the combo #1 chaufa with ceviche. It was great. Chaufa portion was huge-like enough to feed a couple people by itself. The ceviche was the best I've had in Slc. The fish was perfect texture with great flavor. The tostado/choclo/sweet potatoes and onions all went great as well. Friendly service. Will Definately be going back.
