What a ripoff. $15 for 6 mediocre wings without celery and blue cheese and a coke. Stay away.

Why would you get rid of the original #11 sauce? At least change the name to 10 sauce. Its weak now. Its what you were known for.
The food here is always delicious, and the customer service is consistently outstanding everyone is so friendly and welcoming! They recently introduced a new rewards program where you earn $5 for every $50 spent. Since the system is still new, there was a bit of trouble pulling up my rewards, but management handled it wonderfully and comped me $5 along with a delicious side of my choice. I really appreciate how they go above and beyond to make sure customers leave happy. Liv was especially helpful she knew the menu well, was super sweet about the rewards issue, and gave some amazing recommendations. I’ll definitely be coming back!

AVOID! I’ve been eating here for years (a decade and a half) and the decline is sad to see. They went from having the best wings around to now having worse wings than you would bake from frozen at home. I started ordering extra crispy wings because they started frying them less and less over the years. The last couple times they’ve just come a bit crispy but not enough to complain about. This last time was a different story- the “extra crispy” wings were disgustingly undercooked. I’m skeptical that they were all the way cooked even- I can’t believe they let them out of the kitchen. They also forgot my vegetables that I requested so service gets 1 star as well, it wasn’t a complex order. I waited a long time for these wings in the first place. I noticed the missing veggies when I got home so I went back out to the grocery store and bought vegetables and upon returning noticed that my chicken was practically uncooked. After driving back to get a refund I wasted my evening dealing with their mistakes that I tried to mitigate when I ordered in the first place and was left without dinner. The atmosphere is cramped and not particularly nice but that’s always been easy to overlook because the food was decent. Not anymore, 1 star there too. I would strongly advise you to find anywhere else to get wings.

Price is way out of control! $20.99 for 12 tiny wings and then they nickel and dime additional costs for blue cheese/ranch. Then they want a tip! Thanks for not charging for the napkins. Shameful.
If you want to pay $20 for 6 overcooked, tiny wings in extremely average sauces plus a basket of soggy fries, this is the place. (You will wait 20 minutes for them everytime, everything is made to order even during peak hours?)
They have skis on the wall though ! Wow !! So hip !
EDIT: You should give up. Your wings are bad.

It had been while and the food definitely did not disappoint. Order was correct and exactly how we wanted wings. Onion rings and fries hot and crispy. Person that assisted was very friendly and order was ready on time. Definitely going back. Tasty wings, love the variety of sauces.

Kay the wings here are so solid but for the cost they should be able to get my order right. For the love of god all I want is my garlic parm sauce and this is the second time I’ve gotten the wrong one. It must be a pretty big issue considering the “no refund for mistakes” sign they have 😂
Awesome customer service

Wing Coop is absolutely incredible! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. The wings are to die for — perfectly crispy, saucy, and bursting with flavor. Every bite is a taste of heaven! But what really takes the experience to the next level is Elijah, who is hands down one of the best workers you could ask for. His energy is contagious, his service is impeccable, and he goes above and beyond to make every customer feel like family. Elijah is truly a gem, and his passion for making sure every guest has a top-notch experience is evident in everything he does. Wing Coop is an absolute must-visit, and Elijah alone makes it worth coming back again and again! 10/10 would recommend!

2 hour wait for 9 tenders is some trash service just because it’s the Super Bowl. Also prices are a joke for small wings. Will be spending my money elsewhere.
