This location is absolutely horrible I am so disappointed, The cleanliness and customer service is the worse I have ever encountered. The Cashier shown is very disrespectful and rude.

I ordered at the wrong location and immediately called them to ask for a refund. The employee told me to go in the website to get a refund. I went to the website but that wasn’t a way to get my refund through the website. I did a feedback report and got nothing in return. I then called the store back and the same employee answered. She then contacted her Gm and she basically said I can pick it up or get credit for that specific store but I don’t live in salt lake and just wanted a refund. She then told the Gm and she said that’s all they could do. I then asked for corporates number the employee again talked to the Gm and then they changed their mind and agreed to a refund. I never got it I waited to see if I would and it’s been a week. This is ridiculous. There is no reason to not give a refund. I’ve worked in the food industry and there is no excuse not to give a refund when something doesn’t turn out. Hiding behind your employees telling them to say no to refunds is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. I understand that sometimes it’s a pain but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it. I’m so disappointed in the way the situation was handled. The employee tried to do her best with it and that can’t be faulted but the manager should really be ashamed.

This experience was unacceptable. I’m genuinely concerned about the cleanliness and the training of the staff. I waited 35 minutes for my order, and the environment was anything but welcoming. The place was dirty, the forks and condiments were out of stock, and overall, it was poorly managed. If you want to avoid a terrible experience, save your money and health—go somewhere else.

Worst Wingstop location ever. The customer service is trash, the wait time is atrocious, and the environment of the place was just off. The cashier was very incompetent and sluggishly walking around, and his voice was really quiet and I couldn’t understand what he was saying. I love Wingstop, but this location was absolutely awful and I would not recommend coming here.

I took my grandson Zander with me to Wingstop ..this is the second time we been there the chickens good.. But rje PRICE is Definitely OVERATED.its not worth the price..I could of went to Smiths food store for groceries...bought 2 whole Raw chickens fixed them at home like I wanted far LESS than $35!!!!!!!!!!!. Are you kidding me for a chicken sandwich ..chikn tenders n 2 orders of fries.one drink.. Never Again

Me and my boys always love to have some wing stop but we have had it for the past 2 days yes I know crazy but both time I did not get what I order first times I order the 40 bundle and asked to have plan and that did not happen they gave me another spicy flavor I have little ones that just like plan and second time I order the 50 bundle and only got 40 I called and was explain what happen and the guy who answered was the same guy who took my order and when he answered he and I explained he said how does that happen attitude in the store and on the phone sucks I pay over 40 for the first and 70 for the second and still not what I order

I had put an order online and they did the order and door dash the ones they used for delivery just keep the food never delivered and talk to the manager there but they said only we can give you credit which never happen so never got my money back and no food so I don’t recommend the delivery on them 😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered food on Sept 7th and got the wrong order. Did not notice until I got home. I called immediately and was told they would take care of it and refund my card. Did not happen called Sept 14th again the employee apologized and said they would refund the card. It did not happen. Called on Sept 21st and was told could not refund the money but the District Manager could so gave my information was told they would call asap. Called store Sept 23rd because never heard back for DM. Gave in information again was told DM would reach out Did not happen. Found the corporate number on Sept 24 called them gave information was told some would reach out in 72 hours nothing happened. Called corporate office again on Oct 3rd was told to wait 96hours and this is know escalated they told me, nothing happened. Called corporate today oct 9th gave information again. Because of this experience I will never eat at a wingstop again and I will make sure that I tell anyone that will list.
