My husband and I had to stop here to pick up an order for doordash and the Hispanic girl working tonight (10-1-25) was beyond rude! Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I was ignored as if I didn't exist, doordashers who had come in after me were helped and handed their orders almost immediately all because they were flirting with her and she was acting thirsty.

I know it's crazy to expect much from Wingstop of all places, but the service here is pretty dismal, especially for the price. The quality is crazy inconsistent, sometimes the wings have barely been tossed and other times they're laying in a pool of sauce. They frequently forget sides, drinks and sauces as well which is always disappointing. Staff is always kind though.

Would have been okay had it not been for my wings being drowned in sauce. I might be in the minority but there is definitely such thing as too much sauce and these wings hit that threshold easily.

Terrible service. Cashier was rude and kept cutting me off and asking for my name when I was just trying to ask about the menu. Then when I asked how much for 10 wings just the wings she said 16. She never explained to me that I should get the combo because it is the same price. I didn't realize until I got home that I got jipped. Never coming back.

We’ve been regular customers at this location for a while now. On our recent visit, we ordered four combos of the 10 classic wings. Unfortunately, we discovered that the ice maker on the soda dispenser was down, and the drinks were warm not even slightly cold.

Since we had traveled quite a distance, we were planning to dine in and enjoy a hot meal. I asked if we could substitute the fountain drinks with a cold 2-liter bottle of soda instead, but the young lady helping us said that wasn’t possible. I then asked if we could receive a small discount on the combos, and I would purchase the 2-liter myself. Again, she said no and only offered bottled water as an alternative.

As a business owner myself, I always try to see things from both the customer and business perspective. From a cost standpoint, how much does a 2-liter truly affect the bottom line? Is $4 really worth disappointing four loyal customers?

Just something to consider. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it helps the store improve its service and better understand the value of returning customers because they’re the ones who keep the doors open.

They follow my order instructions and I get what I ask for, the tenders seem to have gone a little downhill recently and come very greasy.

My second attempt at WingStop, this time in Utah, solidified my decision to steer clear of this chain for good after a string of disappointing experiences. I had hoped the Utah location would redeem the brand after a traumatic first visit in California, where I was shockingly assaulted by the cashier. Unfortunately, this experience wasn’t much better. The service was abysmal. The girl at the register was blatantly rude, radiating annoyance, which set a sour tone. Our food took an eternity to arrive, and when it finally did, it was a letdown. The wings were a bizarre mix of dry, old, and undercooked, making them nearly inedible, and we left most of them untouched. The fries were marginally better but still undercooked and lackluster. The food quality was so poor that it felt like a waste of time and money. After two strikes, California’s aggression and Utah’s apathy. I’m done with WingStop for good.

Chicken was not freshly cooked. It could have been so good, and it was a huge disappointment.

I went here to eat while I was in town for work for 3 weeks. An I could not be anymore unhappy. Food was pricy an when they shorted me wings the argued with me. Fries were cold an they told me if I didn't like it I could leave. Spent over $70 dollars on food to sit in a restaurant where I had to clean my own table an then deal with bad customer service an bad food. There were 4 others places in the area I could of ate at. I will never go to another wing stop again ever. I would give zero stars if I could. Worst experience for dining I've ever had.
