Wow! This shits BOMB. Good job Noah and August!
Taro boba 10/10! Customer service 10/10!
August and Noah were amazing and were very nice. The drinks were amazing and came out quickly. Amazing service.
I came in and ordered a milk tea with Boba, the person at the register misheard me and didn’t add any Boba pearls. I went back in and very respectfully told him they forgot the Boba, only for them to charge me another dollar for the Boba. didn’t even put it in my drink they put it in a separate cup, and I had to go home and put it in Myself. The employees were very loudly arguing with each other as well, which was kind of uncomfortable. I feel like they shouldn’t have charged me another dollar for the Boba after already charging me a dollar and forgetting to add it in the first place, and arguing like that in front of customers is weird.
They have the best boba in town, hands down. Their boba is fresh and made in house, plus they have super yummy drink flavors. The atmosphere feels like stepping into a hip Korean or Japanese cafe. Only downside is that the staff has always been kinda aloof. Not the friendliest place. But who cares when the boba is that good.
Great experience! They have the most fresh taro I've had in SLC
Seemed overpriced and mediocre as boba milk tea, which is too bad or I’d come here a lot more often
Seriously delicious boba! It was so fresh and chewy. We tried the classic brown sugar and the Thai tea. Both were top notch! Definitely some of the best boba tea I have had in SLC.
I went with my mom to have her try the boba drinks, and she absolutely enjoy the idea of a mixed cold drink with warm tapioca bobas. What I like of this place is that it is close to touristic area of Salt Lake City, and also the diversity of milk and non milk drinks. Also the ambiance is very welcoming and people at the counter are very friendly. I definitely would recommend this place.
Amazing customer service, amazing people.

Mostly positive experiences, they have a decent selection of desserts and boba options. I only noted two odd things.
1. The tapioca was hot, causing our iced drinks to warm up quickly which was not exactly what we were looking for in 80° weather. This also applied to the soft serve we ordered; the taro and chocolate swirl was great, but the tapioca caused it to melt quickly.
2. The chairs in the waiting area face the workers, when there is room for them to face each other. Yes, it does make more standing room if it gets busy. However, the dining area has ample space for waiting, so the seating set-up feels less like a conversation space and more like a dentist's office.
Both of these choices could be intentional for some reason or other, so take the 4 stars with a grain of salt. Staff were quick to make our order and the dining space was clean, both inside and out.
Depending on who's working this is the best boba spot I've had in SLC. Sometimes inconsistent with the brown sugar boba but that just depends on who is working. For the most part it's consistent
Drink prices vary slightly from state to state. The taste is the same, but overall there is not much difference in price, the taste at Xin Fu Tang in Salt Lake City is actually quite good although not as good as in Taiwan but quite good compared to other branches in the US.
The space is cozy and elegant, the surrounding customers are also quite polite. Designed and decorated similarly in almost all branches, there are parallel sentences and places to draw cards to ask for fortune telling.
Overall everything is pretty good, just a bit difficult to find parking here which makes getting around and shopping a bit inconvenient.
Very good , service was awesome 👌
I love this place and they have the best boba in the area. Their Kpop events are wonderful and the staff is always great.
