This market hall is full of good vendors! I got the spicy ramen, and it was delicious! It was ready within a few minutes of ordering, and it was very filling. I would definitely eat here again :)Vegetarian options: There was a vegetarian bowl. I didn’t get it, but I would guess it’s probably just as yummy.Parking: Street parking, angled and with limited availabilityKid-friendliness: Great area for kids to be able to run around a bit. There’s a patio with a fence as well and an outside giant chess set.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking and door has a short small ramp. The entire food hall is on flat ground except for the bar.

Don't get it twisted: this place does not offer table service, lots of customizations, or a really extensive menu like you'll find at a bigger sit-down place. You come here to get the things that are on the menu, and it's in a food hall so you go sit and don't really interact with wait staff. But if you come in with that expectation, I think the ramen here is delicious. It's not a super simple dish like you might get at certain more traditional places. This is a more adventurous style, and I really love it. That's not to say the ingredients aren't traditional at all, but they take some more liberties with toppings and with some of their broths, like the curry ramen. But if what you're looking for is a hearty, rich, and savory dish, this hits all the right notes.Bonus points for the sweet mushrooms. They're super flavorful and add great variety to the spicy pork ramen. I get them on the curry one too now because I don't want to live without them.Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian ramen that is also vegan-safe, which my vegan friend really enjoys.Dietary restrictions: The veggie ramen is also vegan. And for anyone with intolerances, you can change or remove ingredients when ordering.Parking: I never have trouble finding a spot here, unlike a lot of places more in the center of downtown.Wheelchair accessibility: It's all flat and on ground floor, totally wheelchair accessible. No automatic opening doors, but that's the only missing amenity as far as I can tell. Walking aisles between the tables are wide as well.

Flavorful, rich, and delicious. The proteins are cooked perfectly. And no MSG which is much appreciated. Happy to see them get rid of the paper bowls. And try the gyoza too while you’re there. :)

Greatest Ramen bar in all of Utah! The owner was very accommodating and personable. Food was prepared quickly with great care and pride. And it was awesome! Definitely a great place to eat and hang out. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Cheap, overpriced. When I came, they had no one behind the counter, no way to order but the kiosk, no way to ask for something left off the order. When it came out, someone just left it on the counter without a word. No spoon was included. Didn't even get the cup of water I asked for. To top it off, I noticed when ordering that you couldn't add extra chashu. Turns out, I guess you don't get any at all! $17 for a subpar bowl of ramen that didn't even have the signature topping! Garbage. Give them a hard pass.

Not v good… broth super oily and not very flavorful. Onsen egg not really onsen egg style — also, menu says $1.50 to add an egg but then the screen (where you ring yourself up… no chance to talk to anyone here or have a semblance of service) charges you $2.50 for an egg. Def gonna opt for the korean fried chicken next door next time

For $15 I hoped for more toppings than two

I got the curry ramen and it was good! I felt like it was a bit overpriced for what it was, as well as portion size. The bowl of ramen was not very big. Also, I do wish it was a full egg and not just half egg. There was nothing particularly wrong with it, just nothing to phone home about. The service was just iPad kiosk ordering and then pick up at the counter after they text that it's done. It was minimal interaction with the staff, but that was fine because it's in a food hall. The ambiance was just what you would expect for a food hall-- chill, a variety of different patrons and businesses, great variety. There was some live instrumental music when we went on a Friday evening and it was a good time. I would probably come back but not order the same thing-- I'd like to try the tonkotsu ramen next time.

Incredibly flavorful broth and the marinated mushrooms are divine. Happy to see some food hall magic making its way to SLC!

Very tasty and the service is fast. My favorite dish is the Tonkotsu ramen with shiitake mushroom, and as an appetizer the Gyozas are excellent.

This was such a disappointment. Ramen wasn’t very good, and the service was nonexistent. It’s more of a cafeteria style, so don’t expect anything good.
