it’s actually pretty funny how bad the service is here. like really bad. oh sure I’M annoying for having to ask 6 times for more cilantro cause each time she only put one more teeny tiny leaf on. i like cilantro! sue me! and if i ask for a bag maybe like put my bowl in the bag instead of just throwing a bag over the counter at me lmaooo
Chicken is so bland!! Flavorless really. The only thing that’s tasty is the rice and the pickled onions. The flavored punches are not too sweet, which is nice. I do appreciate the gluten free options as well.

Been coming here for years for lunch. Sgnificant dip in quality over the last few months. Less food, worse ingredients, unfriendly staff, and much more expensive. What changed? Won't be coming nearly as frequently.
Management do some self reflection and see what changes have made things worse and find ways to improve.

Didn’t check the time and accidentally came in within minutes of them closing and they were happy to accommodate me, as well as with all ingredients still available.
Zao has gone the way of many as of late. Raised prices (without any indication on the menu) smaller portions (she barely gave me a baby scoop of broccoli. I asked for a little more, and she said I would have to pay extra. Seemed very arbitrary). Unhelpful staff. It’s just not worth it at all anymore. That plus the shrinkflation without even telling customers that it cost more for Yakisoba in a bowl now. Literally no indication until it’s already made and you’re checking out. Pretty shady. I eat the same thing here about 1, or 2 times a month. Don’t think I’ll ever go back.

If you like the taste of cafeteria style food then this is your place. It’s definitely healthy but the chicken bowl with everything added is bland without the sauce. But even then the sauce didn’t help much. Side of Noodles were good just packed with sodium. I thought the price point was great but I guess you gotta spend more money for flavor. I also arrived 1 minute early after the 20 minute wait for them to tell me I need to wait and they still had time. Just to receive my order 5 minutes after the “time” because they didn’t even start prepping it until I was there. So why order online when you can walk in and get it quicker.

Clean and nice place for a quick lunch.
Food is great as always. I will say I do always pay for an extra scoop of steak because they add very little.
The people up front do not speak English and are annoying. I wish they were more professional.
Every time I come here I’m always so impressed with the flavors. So delicious! I like the bowls with the chili lemongrass sauce and I upgrade to the yakisoba noodles.
