02/02/25 order large fries extra chicken no get any we they 5 p chicken tender get home with only 3 my two order missing chicken and fries call no body answer

This is your standard chicken tenders and fries joint, nothing exceptional, except maybe the unique sauces. We stopped for a bite one evening and enjoyed our meal, with hardly anyone in the restaurant. They were out of a couple of flavors of soda and when we brought this to the attention of the staff they got on it to fix the machine and replenish the flavors, albeit a little slow. The food was tasty, hot and fresh, but nothing extraordinary about the food. I enjoyed the flavorful sauces (Zaxby's sauce and honey mustard) that they had available and gave plentifully.

Always waiting out front for my order for at least 15 minutes and they always forget the sauces so then I end up walking inside for them food is great never been inside to eat or the bathroom tho.

Horrible. No paper towels in the bathroom. Soda machine busted. Tasted only the carbonation. Took over 30 minutes to get our order! Horrible. Horrible.

The team was nice, but it wasn’t busy. Not sure how that happened.

Most of the restaurant was dirty. The drink fountain was dirty, there were old stains on the counter. The bathroom was terrible.

What is the point of the drive thru? I ordered through the drive through at 5:40 and we have waited over 20 mins for our order outside of the front door. It’s a DRIVE through. Not an “order at the speaker and have to repeat yourself 3 times and wait like you would be dining inside anyway” thru.

Service was good but other than that I ordered the kickin sandwich, the bread was VERY, salty I couldn’t eat the bread itself? :( oh well. I got full with the chicken it had and the fries but I really wished they didn’t put a lot of salt on the bread. First time coming here after 4 years, didn’t know I was going to get a salty bread.?‍↔️
