Can’t say enough positive about 4 Forks. Darla is so great to work with and really knows her stuff. She was so helpful in helping pick out items and figuring out amounts. She is a pro! Also her team came and set up and did an amazing job. It was all very seamless and was one less thing to worry about on an already very busy day. We did the street taco bar and it was soooo good, the pico, the meat the Lime sugar cookies are to die for!! Seriously, it was all so good, lots of compliments from our guests on the food. I would definitely trust them on your special day.

We used Four Forks Catering for our daughters reception. The food was fantastic. They showed up on time and everything went perfectly. I love how you can pick and choose items a la carte to serve or pick from pre-made selections. We served the taco bar, crepe bar and chips and salsa. Everything was perfect. Will be using them again!

If you have ever wanted to have someone just "take care of that" we'd recommend giving them a call. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly and professional. People stayed and lingered eating and enjoying themselves longer than we anticipated. The night was great and 4 Forks was a big part of that.

She helped me figure out numbers, and was happy to accommodate some of the changes I made a month before the wedding. I still have people commenting on her coconut chicken skewers a year later.
