Food is great but we just had a weird situation. Ordered drive thru and when we came up to the window they gave us the wrong order. Not a big deal but we didn't notice until after we dug through the bag, snacked on some fries, and basically touched everything as we looked through to find our stuff. Then we got their attention. They apologize and then took the bag back. No big deal. But then I watched them hand the bag that we just had to someone inside... Like sorry random stranger, promise we are clean. Hope you don't mind missing a few fries.
They did eventually give us our order and everything was accounted for. And it was as good as expected.
So lesson here is maybe expect that your food might be shared with someone else. Who knows.

The wait time for the drive thru is always long and they constantly mess up the orders. I try not to come here due to the lack of service and time it takes to be the served. Today took a whooping 25min start to finish in the drive thru

Storm was so sweet, patient, and fun while taking our order. We got a classic roast and a French dip and they were delicious. The store appeared very clean. 10/10 experience, would love to come back.

They were really slow and it wasn't very busy. It took them 5 minutes to wait on us, and then it took 15 minutes to get our food!

Person who waited on us gave us an extra sandwich and charged us for it. I thought, I’ll take it home. That’s okay. As we were leaving, we stopped by the counter to get a bag and Arby’s sauce for the extra sandwich. We waited for about 5 to 7 minutes. While we were waiting the employees were yelling at each other. When we asked if we could just have some Arby’s sauce and a bag, we were told they can’t, they were too busy. Finally another employee came and gave us what we needed.

out of roast beef and tortillas 40 minutes before close. also had an attitude about having to make food while they’re trying to pre close. next time I’ll make the trip to the Midvale location even though I live in Sandy. save yourself the trouble with these high school kids who don’t care.

Roast beef looked over a month old. Imagine taking roast beef from the grocery store and waiting until it was grey/brown, then drying it out. Also fries were cold and 95% ice in my drink. Arby’s is usually good for fast food, but this one stinks! One bite then throw it all away.

This kid named ian took my order repeated it back perfectly even though it was complicated then this kid named Aiden made the food perfect but then the bronchitis killed me 3/10

Asked for leaf lettuce on the sandwich, had to repeat it when he just repeated back the generic kind, asked again when I paid, he said with irritation yes leaf lettuce, and then I got chopped lettuce. I ask because sometimes the request gets messed up and the chopped lettuce tends to flop out everywhere making a mess. I want a great sandwich. It's not a hard request. Now the place gets 1 star because the guy lied to my face with attitude. Grow up and do your job right or work somewhere easier.
