Asked for leaf lettuce on the sandwich, had to repeat it when he just repeated back the generic kind, asked again when I paid, he said with irritation yes leaf lettuce, and then I got chopped lettuce. I ask because sometimes the request gets messed up and the chopped lettuce tends to flop out everywhere making a mess. I want a great sandwich. It's not a hard request. Now the place gets 1 star because the guy lied to my face with attitude. Grow up and do your job right or work somewhere easier.

This location has been wonderful, efficient, good staff, and all around good general experience. It's the closest one to my house. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to afford Arby's! I never thought I would say that haha. A single wrap cost me about $10... The world is just getting too expensive. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to go here anymore.

Manager Paris and crew forgot about us in the drive thru

WARNING! Haven't been treated more rudely by a manager in my life. Their online ordering took our order gave us a time the food would be ready, waited 30 minutes and nothing. Manager said nothing they can do so now have to watch credit card statement to see if need to get refund. But I understand stuff happens but the rude, poor customer service by a manager is what floored me. Never again will I eat at this dump!!
I visited this restaurant on August 23rd around 8PM. Order 1 combo, 1 kids meal and 1 other drink. I waited in this drive through for an unacceptable amount of time to only be watching the Co workers goofing off chatting amongst one another. One finally looked over at me and their jaw hit the floor. They had forgotten us! I watched the manager leave from the lobby and walk quickly towards the kitchen area. I was still ignored. Once they finally came to take my payment 20 minutes later I had asked if they could give a discount since they completely forgotten about us and I have a hungry toddler in the back. The manager Paris stated “well then I guess you better pay for their food then because I can’t give discounts” I was treated with complete disrespect. Paris told me there was a make it right card that she was going to hand to me but it blew away in the wind and said “oh there it goes.” The co workers and manager handled this entire situation as if it were a joke. They laughed and treated me as if it was MY fault they had forgotten. I HIGHLY suggest avoiding this place. Once I paid Paris handed me my card, the receipt smile and said “you can tell my boss whatever you like” then shut the window laughing. This was disgusting behavior for a MANAGER.
