Being honest, I was expecting more from you, but today I expend almost $30 and the chicken in my Arepa was extremely salty. And I am not picky person but it was a bad experience to me today. Hope you can have a standard recipe so it could be different if I decide to trust again.
Also prepared your employees to be nice and apologize when something is wrong even when customers know that is not their fault.
Just wanted you know. How importer you’re to represent the Latin culture . The

The two stars are not because of the hair (I’m not that picky) is because for $18 I was expecting at least better quality meat.
The plate on the pics is a plantain with grilled meat, the flavor remembered me a regular hamburger; yup!, it was just lettuce, cheese and meat with KETCHUP, who puts ketchup on that kind of meat? surely someone who wants to hide the absent flavor of the meat.
I’m sorry

I went with the illusion of feeling at home for a moment while I ate, but it was quite the opposite.
The guy who attends, I suppose he is the manager, is very haughty and at all times he looks over his shoulder at me because perhaps he thinks he is more than anyone else. I recommend that you evaluate your staff well so that you don't continue losing customers.
The food is not quality, I ordered a cachapa, the dough is not corn as such, but corn flour, I also ordered a patacon which was extremely disgusting, and if that were not enough the meat was very slimy, it seemed as if it had been there for days unused, and finally a pavilion, which for the price, omg, what a total disappointment!!!! We also ordered some empanadas, pastries and tequeños.
I really don't think I will return to this place, they need to improve a lot, but I recommend starting with the staff.

Bad service, I asked for a pavilion dish and they gave me a bowl without egg, when I went to ask, sorry and I can't do anything with that, they solved the situation.
Chicken and avocado arepa was not good.
Very tasty food and the girls who serve are very friendly. 100% recommended.

I love Venezuelan food, I have eaten in different locations but this location in SOUTH TOWN MALL is very good. What to say, the attention is horrible news. The guy with glasses who takes the orders is a jerk and very rude. I will not return to that place.
I got the.pabbllon Empanada it was amazing.
