First time I went I got a banana split it was great definitely recommend. They have a large variety of ice cream. And topping. If you are a vet you get 10% of your orders. Definitely going back.

Don’t go here! Arrived for what should’ve been a quick pickup. I was completely ignored by 2 team members that were too busy talking to eachother rather than helping out. It’s a shame bc I’ve spent a. Lot of money here over the years. Bye.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday and unfortunately the first cake we received looked nothing like the picture and the writing on it was illegible. The manager Devin offered to replace it with a premade cake in store however, my son is autistic and particular about/has safe foods and all the flavors didn’t match our original cake. Devin went above and beyond to remake the cake in 2 hours and deliver to a Baskin Robbin’s location closer to my home. He was so kind, helpful, and professional and I can’t thank him enough. He quite literally saved the day and turned a stressful situation around, not to mention the replacement cake was absolutely beautiful.
Me and my family went 2 weeks ago and they don't have the containers for banana split today December 15th 2024 again they don't have the clear ones for the banana split so sad and really disappointed 😞

This is the 2nd time I have been disappointed with the quality of cake from the Sandy location. I feel like the decorating has become kind of sloppy. I actually used to decorate cakes many, many years ago at a different location and I can tell you the owners would have never let this go. I ordered a cake for my son, and the graphic is cracked in 3 places, the writing is squished and thye didn't clean off the board (maybe a little nitpicking but when you oay $50 it's irritating). It looks rushed and sloppy. It's disappointing. I never write negative reviews, but like I said this is the 2nd time the cakes have disappointed.

I ordered a birthday cake for my son. It had a screen picture of skate boarder he picked out. I said please make sure his name is correct. I said the last 5 or 6 cakes we have ordered the name has been misspelled. She wrote his name on the form I checked it was correct. Then when I picked up the cake instead of Happy Birthday Andrew! It said Happy Birthday Andrea! The lady said what is wrong. I said again they did not take the time to get the name correct. She said I will fix it. So with red icing she wrote over the “a” and put “w”. It looked horrible the icing on the picture was orange. No offer of a discount nothing.
