Coffee shops in general have a vibe that should make you want to come back. This one doesn't. It's clear that it's a feeble cash grab that doesn't compete with any actual coffee shop. Service is weak and the barista lady offers very little in the way of conversation. Seating is that of an outdoor pop up picnic, yet indoors. There is no music. Drinks are lukewarm at best, when it's super cold outside and you're looking to warm up.

I really wanted to like this place. I loved the idea of coffee inside a game haven, but the coffee itself fell flat. The staff was super nice and friendly and it was very easy to order! The entire place was very fun and welcoming, but the coffee was…not good. Personally, I thought the coffee was very expensive for the quality I got. I ordered a mocha and it didn’t taste much better than the instant stuff I make at home.The service and everything else here was amazing, so maybe the coffee is just to each their own, but I personally wouldn’t go back for the drinks.

Great store, has fun events and tons of product. Very welcoming, inclusive, and respectful.
Might be a little shortstaffed for the amount of traffic they get for events but a little patience goes a long way!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. Called ahead to ask if they accepted trade-ins for cards. They said yes, and that was the end of the call. Arrived at the store and was initially accused of calling the wrong store, and then when the buyer finally admitted to speaking to me on the phone, I was given attitude and not informed until that exchange that they don’t do card exchanges on Saturdays. Which is fine, but maybe explain that in the phone call? Continued to look at the dice they have in stock and asked if they ever carry water-core dice. Associate looked at me like I sprouted 3 heads and talked down to me because he had never heard of them before. Decided to leave after that and was not even acknowledged while walking right past the staff.
0/5 experience, condescending and sexist staff. Came in ready to spend birthday money and won’t be returning. Would have a better time in a pit full of incels than coming back into this store.

Can’t say much about the game selection since I was in for a hot cocoa but the employees were all super friendly. :)
