Coffee shops in general have a vibe that should make you want to come back. This one doesn't. It's clear that it's a feeble cash grab that doesn't compete with any actual coffee shop. Service is weak and the barista lady offers very little in the way of conversation. Seating is that of an outdoor pop up picnic, yet indoors. There is no music. Drinks are lukewarm at best, when it's super cold outside and you're looking to warm up.

I really wanted to like this place. I loved the idea of coffee inside a game haven, but the coffee itself fell flat. The staff was super nice and friendly and it was very easy to order! The entire place was very fun and welcoming, but the coffee was…not good. Personally, I thought the coffee was very expensive for the quality I got. I ordered a mocha and it didn’t taste much better than the instant stuff I make at home.The service and everything else here was amazing, so maybe the coffee is just to each their own, but I personally wouldn’t go back for the drinks.

Might be a little shortstaffed for the amount of traffic they get for events but a little patience goes a long way!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. Called ahead to ask if they accepted trade-ins for cards. They said yes, and that was the end of the call. Arrived at the store and was initially accused of calling the wrong store, and then when the buyer finally admitted to speaking to me on the phone, I was given attitude and not informed until that exchange that they don’t do card exchanges on Saturdays. Which is fine, but maybe explain that in the phone call? Continued to look at the dice they have in stock and asked if they ever carry water-core dice. Associate looked at me like I sprouted 3 heads and talked down to me because he had never heard of them before. Decided to leave after that and was not even acknowledged while walking right past the staff.
0/5 experience, condescending and sexist staff. Came in ready to spend birthday money and won’t be returning. Would have a better time in a pit full of incels than coming back into this store.

For 35 years been frequenting this establishment… always look for the hole in the wall for the best food. This place qualifies. Cheese steak can’t be beat.

I've been picking up Sandwiches, Fries, and Rings for 25 years from this crew! Love their Phillys! I like em packed with onions, peppers, etc! The large Fry is gigantic and the form is a large, long, greasy cut tater. Onion rings are massively fried blown out exterior, and tasty! I always get takeout. An 8" Philly, large Fries, small Rings. An Ultimate Greasy Spoon. My favorite. Don't miss out! ( Not for the Cholesterol challenged, lol.

Referred to this place as it was the best Philly cheese steak. It was good but not perfect. The bread was excellent, soft and right consistency. The meet had a great beefy flavor but was a little too thick and dry for a Philly steak, The quantity of meat beats anywhere in South Philly. You couldnt finish a whole 12 inch sandwich there was so much meat. They were a sparse with the cheese but it was provolone and not spread. Same with the grilled onions It was a good sandwich but not completely authentic Reasonable prices. No dine in although place was a little shabby so that was best. You order and they bring it to the car

Great service although slow. Food was average as far as Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches go... bread was dry. There are definitely better Philly Cheesesteak places to eat!
