The coffee flavor was good, but why can't people make a cappuccino by the simple formula? A traditional cappuccino is made with equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and foamed milk. They turned it into a latte with too much milk.

Great coffee and oatmeal.
They messed up our order but did not hesitate to make us something extra at no charge. Awe….good old customer service at its finest. Check out the donuts next door. Go early they do run out.

I come to beans and brews frequently but this certain location I am having issues with. We keep getting Penelope at the counter and it seems like Everytime our order is messed up and we have to repeat ourselves multiple times. I will be going to a different location from now on.
legit has completely gone down hill I will not get my coffee here in the morning any more. I used to go here every single morning.

I got a vanilla cappuccino . . . It was the worst coffee--in terms of from a coffee shop--I have ever had. I am actually laughing with my wife right now at how bad both the espresso and flavoring is for both of our drinks. It's soooo bad, and it was $6.50 for mine and $7 for my wife's drink. They charged me a dollar for vanilla syrup that wasn't put into it ( I'm 99% sure, as there isn't a faint taste of any vanilla). But hey, I like plain cappuccinos on their own, but the espresso in it is shockingly bad. Their espresso beans taste extremely old, burnt, and lacking any flavor. And I know, I know, I'm not getting something from Blue Copper or Publik, but I didn't pay $6.50 for something actually worse than Dunkin's espresso drinks.
I gave 2 stars because the employee seemed nice enough.
As a Utah resident for most of my life this is the second time I've been to Beans and Brews, and both times have been truly awful. I remember 10 years ago I got regular brewed coffee from the Draper location near Harmon's. It literally tasted like hot water with no note of any coffee.
We got a gift card to it for Christmas, so I was excited to give it a second shot and with an espresso drink, rather than brewed coffee.
I guess this review should be more a rating on Beans and Brews in general, and not this location specifically, but this location definitely forgot to add the vanilla syrup I was charged extra for, so I had to leave it.
If you like Beans and Brews coffee, I'm happy for you, but we definitely do not have the same taste buds hahaha!

I usually have a fantastic time at this location. Very kind and courteous staff. I also usually like this beans n brews because they are able and willing to be careful of my severe allergy to soy. But today, I asked for my regular drink (decaf latte with almond milk and 8 pumps of vanilla syrup) which I get every time without issue. This time I got there around 4pm, a barista (the girl with the ends of her hair dyed purple) took my order and made it for me. I tasted it and immediately was not sure it was made with almond milk. It was very frothy and rich in flavor, which almond milk is not. I went up and asked her for confirmation that it was made with almond milk due to my severe allergy to a common preservative (soy) which is present in the majority of milks and syrups. She was very rude, dismissive, and condescending and told me that yes it is made with almond milk and will be fine. I drank some more and I ended up leaving and having a medical emergency. Lots of diarrhea, vomiting, hives, a low-grade fever, some shortness of breath... Very disappointed in the disregard of custom drinks, especially when an allergy is invovled.

Ahhh, my experience here today was absolutely a breath of fresh air! These two truly made my day!
I LOVE B&B anyway, but Ben & Payne were delightful!
The first time I was by today, I ended up spilling my entire drink in my car. When I returned to tell them what had happened, they informed me that my payment hadn’t gone through and we tried it again and it was successful! It’s crazy how the world works like that! They remade my drink and, I am super grateful for them today.

Coffee and food is usually on point.
My problem was with the service.
Ordered ahead thinking it would help.
Sure didn’t.
Was placed behind 7 walk-ins.
No excuse. They need the first in first out system.
Don’t bother ordering ahead.

Beans is always my go to, but some employees just add a little extra love and you can definitely see that in Simon! I always feel awkward asking for recommendations and straying from my normal but Simon recommened a lovley drink and was patient with me. Everyone was kind and quick, i just didnt catch their names

Staff is nice but they need to be retrained. I always order the same drink, but get a different drink every time.

I pass this coffee shop every single day sometimes 3 times so, already liking the beans n brews brand I started making a stop here routine.I’m not trying to be rude butI have no idea what drink I’m getting from this shop, I order the same drink every time and I get a different drink every time.I don’t think these people are purposely trying to make bad drinks I really do believe that some or most of the people here need to be retrained so there is consistency of some sort. That being said I will now plan a different route completely for several reasons.

The barista was so sweet! She absolutely made my morning. She even took the time to write a cute note on my cup and ask about my day. Loved the service here!

We went inside and their menu has no prices on it for any of the food or drinks at all. Even though it's an LCD menu which they could easily change, for some reason they don't want you to know how much anything costs. I guess if you have to know the price you can't afford it? Seems like a cheap trick and I found it totally annoying.
