Friday I ordered online iced mocha with coconut and chocolate drizzle in the cup when I picked it up it was a frozen mocha there was a huge line so I didn't want to hold anyone up so I just let it be.. today I did another order on line for a iced white pecan pie and they gave me a white chocolate pumpkin... both times they messed up and both times it taste so bland.! Im sure I won't be going back.!

Worst Mocha I have ever had. Not even fresh brewed it comes pre-prepared from a machine you would see in a 7-11. For the price and taste it is not worth 6.75. Next time buy in a can from 7-11.

They are always happy, upbeat and quick to provide service when we use the drive-thru. We especially like their seasonal drinks. They are much faster than Starbucks and we appreciate being able to patronize a local coffee house!

Extremely slow service. I ordered an iced pecan latte and it definitely didn't have any flavor. Second time going and both times were disappointing so will not be back. :/ Other issues are the app doesn't have good descriptions of beverages and drinks are costly for the sizes. I was excited to try a new coffee place but it wasn't good.

So bizarre. The coffee was barely at room temperature. I brought it back, the server offered to “reheat it.” I had to go back up and get it, the server did not bring it to me, and it was still barely warm. $23 for two small coffees and egg/bacon croissants. I wish I could get my $1 tip back. Don’t know what possessed me to tip b/f I got food or service. Will not be going back.

I can’t recommend this particular branch enough. Had a girl called Mia serve me multiple times now and she’s so attentive and friendly. She deserves the recognition. Makes the best drinks too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

This is my go to Beans & Brews on the days I have to drive into work. The drive thru always moves quickly. I mostly only get their hot coffee/espresso drinks (drip/lattes/mocha etc) but those are always tasty and made to order correctly.
