Update: they keep forgetting to add whip cream at all locations and this location 3x still. They also never ask for your number for rewards. They ask if you want a receipt and forget to give it to you. The girls need better training to make drinks that look like the drinks pictured on their menu. I will no longer go to beans and brews.

Unlike Starbucks, their drinks are made with 2% milk as a standard. I ordered a newer menu item so they didn't know to add whip cream, I guess. Not a fan of their sweetener.

The app charges me and then doesn’t deduct payment. This is the third time this has happened. The manager didn’t care and told me- it works for other people. As soon as my cards are used I won’t go to Beans and Brews again. This was a great coffee house when it opened and is now about only making money not good coffee or experiences.

The two blonde girls working their couldn't even muster up the attention to say "be right with you" to the only customer in the store.

Look ladies, I know you're SLAMMED with the 3 car line you have, but try the very bare minimum standard of hospitality. It's a Sunday in Utah; you're not exactly in the big leagues of the coffee market here.

I don't know who your manager is, but he/she isn't managing.

I always go into this store, but they made my drinks incorrectly and after paying $15 bucks you’d think they’d be right. I called in and yeah the guy said come back and they’d remake it but I was already home. I asked for a credit and he said they could not do it. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he wasn’t in. I asked for his name only so I can tell the manager who I spoke with and he would not give me his name. Like I was going to do anything other than tell the manager his name. SMH. Customer service people ~ it makes a huge difference.

Worst customer service ever I have been a beans a brew person for over 20 yrs. And this is far the worst they messed up the orders and when we came back for replacement you could here and see them I am most of the way deaf and really good well excellent at reading lips will never go back to this location

I love Beans & Brews and my dog loves their pupaccinos. This location has a drive through or it has indoor and outdoor tables. The coffee doesn't taste burnt or over roasted so it makes yummy wild-side mixed drinks or plain coffee drinks. If you are feeling like an extra sweet treat, the Frozen Mr. B is the way to go. Honestly, it's like a reward. ? I, however, am a hot coffee drinker, so my preference is a bit more toasty. If I'm willing to do the calories, I like the hot Mr. B - a nice white chocolate and Irish cream blend. Delicious. If I'm not so calorie free, I prefer coffee and cream or a latte with one of their sugar free syrups. Stop by, you won't regret it! After all, you get a coffee out of it!

Hands down the worst experience at a beans and brews ever I asked for an extra shot and extra Carmel it tasted like straight milk. I asked if maybe they got confused when reading the online order lady working argued with me and said no she hadn’t, instead of offering to remake it. I was told I was issued a refund I WASNT!!! It’s been 17 DAYS AND NO REFUND!
