This was probably the worst Bdubs I’ve been to. I didn’t know they updated their wings sizes to feed someone the size of my two year old niece. Also, I thought wings were supposed to come with sauce or a dry rub on them, but they must be trying new things. Lastly, with trying new things; cheese curds that are warm on the outside and ice cold on the inside weren’t it for me. But hey maybe I’m just not cultured enough in bar food.

Great wing stop overall. Taylor, the manager is awesome! The dirty bird sauce(parmesan garlic + Asian Zing) is as good as any sauce. Amazing wings!

Picked up an order online, where the employees were confused and kind of handing off to others with equal or less understanding. When I got home, the order was inaccurate and they were questioning whether I saw what I saw. When they finally acknowledged they forgot an aspect of my order, there was no apology. They even had to confirm whether they could reimburse me they part of my order they forgot.

Our server Matilia (not sure on spelling) was so kind and helpful. She ensured that our gluten free meal was safe, no breading on traditional wings and made sure the kitchen staff changed their gloves. Thanks for taking care of our veterans and federal employees!

The server we had tonight was awful. Very unfriendly, slow, and inattentive. She did not smile once. Brought the appetizer the same time as our dinner, cocktail we ordered was wrong. She just disappeared the entire time. Won't come back, if im going to eat out it won't be to have shitty service.

Pretty disappointing carry out experience from this location. Beyond the constant problems with the app, the onion ring quality was somewhat a joke. Not to mention getting two ranch dips rather than the Bleu cheese I ordered, I don't anticipate dealing with online here again.
