I’m assuming he was the manager. Tall guy, glasses. He was super sweet and went above and beyond. He brought our food to the table we were sitting at. And I went around talking to everyone. The employees in the back were smiling and happy. Our food came out quick and perfect. Great location

When you walk in it feels grimy. No one greeted me. Technology didn't work. TV above the counter has a home in it. It took them 5 minutes to figure out my order was wrong and to fix it then they got it wrong anyway. No fry sauce at this location. No salt at this location. Fries were cold and tasteless. They had to fill my cup full to the top with ice just to give the drink a chance to be cold as it all melted quickly, making my drink watery. And the music choice sucks. I will not be coming back. This isn't the BK I grew up loving.

Was disappointed with this visit. The price for a Whopper Jr. "value meal" with large fry/drink was way too much at $9.95! Apparently there ice machine has been down for a week or more? The soda coming out of the fountain was room temp.Update- I went there again on 2/16. The ice machine in the soda dispenser is still not working. They did give us ice in our cups, but the warm soda coming out of the machine melted it quickly and flattened it out.

I really like BK. This location needs some serious help, though I doubt help is on the way, because there are several issues with this location that have not been fixed in the last 2 years that I've been stopping in. Please fix your signs, your front door, and your drink machine. No one wants to pay for a drink that comes out warm and flat, and you have to ask the workers for ice. Just fix the machine.

Can be hit or miss on service, but usually pretty good. Tends to be less pricey for a good amount of food, but it's a fast food place, so that's too be expected. What sets them apart is the smokey, flame broiled flavor. It really comes through in their burgers, and their fries are almost always good, crispy and flavorful, unlike most other fast food places. Their app has lots of great value as well.

Food is usually good. They've had no ice for over a month. We had a large snow storm and they are the only parking lot not plowed.Clearly they don't have the money for upkeep and maintenance, the owner has given up and isn't willing to invest in their business anymore, or both

Had better, had worse. Employees were amazing and made it not suck. The whopper was microwaved and even the pickles were hot. There was no ice randomly, but everything else was OK. The child ate so victory!

We normally go to a different location, but we were in the area after going shopping. We placed our order and after paying we were told that they didn’t have any more “Frozen Cokes” and they forgot a few items from our order. As a replacement to the frozen coke, they gave us a large Dr Pepper but it didn’t have ice, it was flat (no carbonation) and it was warm!

Worst drive through ever.No one talk to you for orderingAfter I lined up for 30mins told me you need to drive around again. Talk to the speaker.Really :) avoid this place at all cost

I ordered a whopper meal and paid extra for the cheese. I got to the drive through window and asked for fry sauce but that costs extra even with the purchase of a fry. They said the manager put that policy in place. Thats probably why i was the only person in the drive thru line when sonic next door was packed. After driving off I found there was no cheese that I paid extra for on the whopper. Normally not a big deal but this happens more often than not.

You can understand why they are dead and chick-fila is busy across the street. Food took forever, was prepared incorrectly, and the hash browns were cold. Overall not a good experience.

We stopped by to get a quick bite to eat before our trip. These guys were quick in getting our order and getting our food which was nice and hot.Staff was very polite and friendly!I enjoyed their ice coffee. I like their 2 for $4 and 2 for $5 deals.

They have the kiosks, but the kiosks don't accept the offer codes from the app. So you have to order with the person upfront if you want to get the app deals. Got the Texas double Whopper. Good stuff

Don't ever eat at this location unless you're doing drive through Terrible service and no communication. We used one of the automated menus to order, and nearly 20 minutes later they hadn't even noticed our order. There was no line inside, either, it practically empty. We were on a deadline to get to a movie, and tried to cancel the order because they hadn't started on it. They "couldn't do a refund", and we just kept getting "we'll have it to you soon. We had to just leave and eat the cost of a pricey order. I felt bad for the cashier, it wasn't his fault, but it was ridiculous. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a fast food establishment. I still want a refund, but the machine didn't give us a reciept.
