I just got a spicy crispy chicken sandwich from here. It took like an 15-20 minutes to get the sandwich. I started eating it, and it was completely uncooked/raw in the center. Absolutely disgusting

Past 3 visits have been awful. From messing up the drive thru order (understandable) to disgusting food, disgusting facility, poor service, always missing many ingredients and broken dispensers every visit for over a year now (not so understandable). Playground smells like something died in it. Won't be returning to this location ever again. Save yourself the hassle.

food was stale, guy didn’t give me a receipt and was in a hurry to get me out of the drive through, literally threw the food into my hand. super weird… very disappointed because i love BK.

This burger used to be good a couple years a go. I haven't been since covid. But we went twice the last 2 months and the experiences weren't the best. Today's was awful. The gut taking orders was yawning and touching his face a lot and the money than going and touching the food. Their drink machine in the lobby didn't have ice so the drinks are warm. Those machines are supposed to have ice to function properly. They were out of ketchup and the food was awful. They shorted us $2 in change. We had to ask for our drink cups. It was just a terrible experience. Unfortunately we won't be back.

Last Friday afternoon we ordered through the drive thru a bundle which consisted of 3 whoppers 3 Cheese burgers and 3 fries and 2 large drinks. After waiting forever when we got home with our order we received the 3 whoppers but did not have mayonnaise lettuce tomatoes or pickles . The cheese burgers did not have any cheese just ketchup and one of them was actually had bbq sauce and onion rings on it, The drinks had no ice and they both were flat. I called and the night crew told me I had to call during the day but for 4 days straight apparently they don't answer the phone on the day shift so I finally had to post this review

Trash Burger King! Lived next to this burger for 5 yrs now. Too many times, day ir night have i sat at the drive through with no help. Just to find out the employees are on their phone. Ive given this place too many at bats and no ones there.

I live in Bountiful about 30 miles away, but was in the area and stopped to get dinner for my son and I. I ate my fries on the way home, but didn't eat what was supposed to be a whopper until I got home. Turns out they gave me a chicken sandwich instead. My son didn't get his fries. The girl in the drive thru window was too busy flirting with her coworker to pay attention to anything. She handed me our two drinks, but only one straw. I asked her for another one and she acted so put out. I also asked for no ice in our drinks, it said no ice on the order screen, but we got ice. That's not a big deal. But obviously she didn't check our orders or anything before handing them out. The 5+ minutes that I sat at the window waiting for our food, literally all she did was sit there and goof off and flirt with her coworker. I get it, I've worked in customer service, I've flirted with coworkers but I definitely paid more attention to my customers. She obviously wasn't interested in doing her job, making sure orders were correct at all. I think maybe 50% of my order was correct. That's sad. If I lived closer, I'd have gone back and gotten the right food. Now I'm going somewhere else to buy more food for my son and I because we didn't get what was ordered. Where was the manager? Obviously not paying attention and if this girl or the guy she was working with were the managers, do better.

I used to love Burger king. They have gone severely downhill lately. Two different Burger kings didn't have the promo they're advertising on TV... The second one I went to, told me they DIDN'T HAVE HAMBURGER BUNS!? ... Really?? I got food poisoning at the Burger King in Wendover.. basically... the last several times I have gone to Burger King.. I have been less than satisfied.. they're not going to last long at this rate.

The girl working there made me wait about 10 min because she was on FaceTime with her friend, then when she did take my order I had to repeat everything multiple times because she was on the phone with someone. I ordered an impossible whopper, a spicy chicken sandwich, and chicken fries. I got the impossible whopper, a normal whopper and a small, extremely cold, regular fry. Just won’t ever go to this location again
Located in scenic pocket. In the dining area's gigantic plate-glass windows are close up & Spectacular views of the Mountains. The property itself is very, very nice. Manicured ! Large well lit ultra clean parking area with handicap slots. Inside in immaculately clean. Large kids play area. I met two front counter employees that were engaging and friendly. You are not just another customer or number they are very personable. The food was hot and delicious and the portions were more than I could finish. I had the bacon cheeseburger and it was great. This is now my favorite Burger King. It's quite a ways from downtown Salt Lake City where I live but when I Want A Burger King Burger I will make the drive because it is a very nice place with gigantic Scenic views of the Wasatch mountains. It's just a nice place to share a meal and have a good time or if you're by yourself it's a good place to have a meal and have a great View at the same time.

They are always understaffed in the morning and yet the manager is always smiling, happy and not a single time has my order been messed up. Seriously, the only fast food chain that gives 100% in UT. It's weird that I consider myself a regular at a fast food joint

Sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes with nobody answering. On top of that, place a mobile order while I was at the window because nobody answered at the drive-thru and the chick says I can't have you sitting in the drive-thru come back around after you order your food. Excuse you? You shouldn't say how may I help you and then have somebody sitting in the drive-thru for more than 10 minutes and then tell them to come back around. Worst burger king I've been to

I don't normally go to Burger King but I was in a rush and I've been in line for 17 minutes now. Not cool. When I started there were two cars ahead of me. The first car probably took 10 minutes. The second car's been at the window for 7 minutes now. I wish I could just drive away but I'm not in my truck and I can't jump the curb. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't know how much longer I'm going to be here
