Recently I ordered from Cafe Zupas and they added meat to my salad. I contacted them and they just ignore you. If you’re paying $35 for a kids meal, some soup and a small salad, then they should get it right. Zero customer service.
Vegetarian options: They added chicken to a salad that was not supposed to have it.
I love the food options here and the location is right of the freeway which is nice. Parking can be a bit crowded in that area, but worth it.

Visiting from Wyoming, we had dinner here, one place out of seven restaurants we went to. On our last day here, we wanted to eat here again because we loved the choices available and the food was so yummy! The chocolate covered strawberries were heavenly. We purchased a cup of strawberries with melted chocolate poured over the top! Oh! Wow! It was so yummy! I loved it!
The servers were friendly and knowledgeable and the place was spotless! I definitely will be back!
Their prices are definitely inflated but the food is good

My friend and I went there and Adam JOSUE Kenyon and Charlie were literally the best my kids were being sort of rowdy and the staff were just so kind and good to them. The food was amazing. They helped us clean up. They were just the best people and I just wanna make sure that the staff are recognized for how amazing that they are. it’s so hard as a parent to go to a place and have people seem annoyed for your children just being children and I did not ever once feel that they were annoyed with my kids )even though I was a little bit embarrassed )thanks so much guys! Highly recommend this location!

Do not order online for this location. Consistently 15+ mins late. This last time, the line of customers got through & started eating before they even started putting my online order together. No point in ordering online & tipping just to wait longer.

Not sure if it’s specific to this location but either the online ordering estimated pickup time is not accurate or having 7 employees is considered understaffed. I saw five people walk in, order and get food before my online order was ready. Which was already 15min over the original time. Don’t bother ordering online. Walk in and order its 5x faster.

we get Zupas quiet a bit, its a healthy option and we love the food but this location is absolutely horrible. almost every-time we come in, there is something missing from the order and we have to come back. on top of that, the service is horrible and the manager has accused my significant other of basically lying about not receiving a meal. the kids are constantly yelling, screaming and acting super unprofessional and obviously need some supervision. it's inappropriate for the customer service industry, i haven't wrote a review cause i am honestly not trying to be a Karen. Tonight, my boyfriend has been waiting for about 8 minutes in the front and NOBODY is there to serve him. its absolutely ridiculous and whoever the manager is in this store needs a completely different staff or retrain them completely 🤦🏻♀️ very disappointing. people are just trying to get a good meal and go home...
