Such good food and a really great atmosphere, I recall Marcus was helping me and recommended the lobster bisque and it was sooooo delicious he was so kind and friendly, also way patient with me and all my questions thanks a ton!! Such great staff with great attitudes. I will be coming back again and trying something new

I’ve been to this Zupas a few times and it was always up to standard. Placed a catering order for pick up on Friday. 2 hours before my scheduled pick up I got a text saying my food was ready. I was working and could not pick it up.I get there at the time I scheduled and suddenly my food wasn’t ready, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food. One of the workers trashed talk the worker making my food to me which I found unprofessional.Finally got the food and everyone enjoyed it. However about 4-6 hours after eating the pesto chicken I had extreme gastrointestinal distress and ended up being violently sick for two days straight. I won’t be back sadly.

With the exception of one employee, it seemed like it was everyone's first day on the job. There were at least seven people working and just one customer in line ahead of us. It took 15 minutes to get through the line. Our food was cold by the time we sat down because it was sitting on the counter while we were waiting in line.We told the cashier that we had two try 2 combos, and she rang them up as separate items, resulting in an overcharge. I pointed this out, and the order was rung up again.I was also charged for tortilla trips in my chicken enchilada chili soup, which are supposed to be complimentary with this soup, as I was told by the employee who served my soup. We were also shorted one roll.Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.
