I have to say, the customer service here sucks! There are other locations that provide better service. Sadly, this was the closest one to the event my wife and I were attending. Tonight, 08/03/2025 at around 8:30...9:00 pm, there was only a couple of workers on location, but had no idea they were workers due to one wearing a tank top and the other sitting and doing nothing. We pulled up in the drive thru and had asked about chicken tenders...was told the chicken station was closed. Then my wife asked about a burger...no response...after repeatedly asking and yelling if they were still on the mic...with yet more dead silence. We pull up to the window and see tank top guy on his phone texting and laughing with the other guy sitting in the lobby, no headsets on and completely ignoring us. So, we drove away and headed to Raising Cane's. Got better service from them. The workers at this Carl's Jr need to be retrained on how to properly dress and address customers. Would not recommend eating here in the evenings on Sundays if you don't want spittle and armpit hair in your food.

Got 2 burgers my sandwiches was so soggy by the time I got home (mind you I only live a few blocks ) I couldn't even eat it from the crazy about of sauce the just through on my sandwiche it was just falling apart you guys really need to do better considering I spent 14 dollars for 2 sandwiches which I couldn't even eat one

Your drive thru guy Tim at 11:57 was a complete jerk. You can tell he had no desire to help anyone or want to be there. I will definitely it be can here. Thanks Tim for making that decision easy.

I live when I come to this location! When I see my girl Shannon she is always looking out for mee, she knows I love fry sauce with my fries!! And I’m such a regular who already knows my order once she recognizes my voice through the drive thru 🤭, Her energy coming up to the window is everything!! when you get to know her she truly is a sweetheart and such a hard working woman!! 🩷
