Cakes by Alessandra is the best of the best and we couldn't be more thrilled with the our experiences in working with her. As a wedding florist, I see Alessandra's cakes in person and they are absolutely stunning. Every single time I see her cakes, I am blown away. The attention to detail that's captured and brought to life is incredible. Plus, I know they taste amazing! I've had the privilege to have a slice at the end of the night and the cake was moist and decadent. I would give more stars if I could!

Alexandra makes THE most delicious cakes! We tried a sample box and WOW! They were all so delicious. My daughter fell in love with the passion fruit and from there they designed her dream cake. Alexandra was so kind and easy to work with. She made my daughter’s vision come to life and even creating the most stunning sugar flowers to perfectly match the rest of her wedding day. As the award winning best cake maker in the state she is extremely busy but was always extremely quick to respond and be there for any question my daughter had. We were very impressed and can’t wait to try another delicious cake and design!

Cake by Alessandra is as good as it gets! My cake turned out beautiful and was easily the best tasting wedding cake I have ever tried! It was super moist. Ale has so many delicious flavors to choose from that it was so hard to pick a favorite. She is so easy to work with and responds very promptly to every detail. The cake turned out exactly like the picture I showed her of what I was wanting. I couldn't recommend using her enough!! Ale is the best!

It was soo beautiful and absolutely the most delicious we have ever tasted! It was very moist too. Thank you soo much for all your hard work. It was absolutely delicious!

Ale made us a truly scrumptious cake w 3 layers: bottom was Almond Amaretto w Pear buttercream, next layer was Raspberry Swirl cake w Vanilla Bean buttercream, and top layer was Bourbon Vanilla cake w Chocolate buttercream. Delivered on time and looking so professional. Ale went an extra length to make our wishes come true. Highly recommended!! (p.s. the Raspberry Swirl cake w Vanilla Bean buttercream was the most popular with our guests, though my favorite was definitely the Almond Amaretto cake w Pear buttercream. Also, we decorated the cake ourselves.)
Alessandra, your cakes are BEYOND gorgeous and delicious!! I cannot rave about your talents enough! I've attended so many weddings where the cakes never taste as good as they look (or even half that). But your flavor combos and ingredients, the way you put everything together on the inside to make it all taste AMAZING - and then go the extra mile to have it all look like a work of art - you are INCREDIBLE!! My guests LOVED your cakes and went on and on about them long after the wedding was over. They even INSISTED on taking home any leftovers because couldn't stand to see any of it go to waste!! You are the VERY BEST!! And you are SO NICE to work with and made my cake look exactly the way I dreamed. THANK YOU!! I will happily hire you again!!

THE MOST INCREDIBLE ATTENTION TO DETAIL! She is so caring about each cake she makes, and as wedding photographers/videographers we get to work with her all the time and witness her MAGIC! Seriously the ABSOLUTE best of the best of the best. We don't recommend anyone else to our couples.
