If you work with Ale for your cake you are going to be blown away by both the artistry she is capable of, as well as her flavors. If you like carrot cake I highly recommend that flavor - I've never tasted a better carrot cake! When it comes to cakes and desserts, Cake by Alessandra cannot be beat.

I am a wedding planner with Everson Events and working with Alessandra was so great! She was quick to respond to emails and providing me the details I needed to know for the wedding. Her cake was beautiful and I know the couple enjoyed it as they went back in for multiple bites during their cake cutting :)

Alessandra did an amazing job for our wedding venue at Grove station. She even went above and beyond and the cake was delicious. As a wedding florist, I see Alessandra's cakes in person and they are absolutely stunning. Every single time I see her cakes, I am blown away. The attention to detail that's captured and brought to life is incredible. Plus, I know they taste amazing! I've had the privilege to have a slice at the end of the night and the cake was moist and decadent. I would give more stars if I could!

Alexandra makes THE most delicious cakes! We tried a sample box and WOW! They were all so delicious. My daughter fell in love with the passion fruit and from there they designed her dream cake. Alexandra was so kind and easy to work with. She made my daughter’s vision come to life and even creating the most stunning sugar flowers to perfectly match the rest of her wedding day. As the award winning best cake maker in the state she is extremely busy but was always extremely quick to respond and be there for any question my daughter had. We were very impressed and can’t wait to try another delicious cake and design!

Cake by Alessandra is as good as it gets! My cake turned out beautiful and was easily the best tasting wedding cake I have ever tried! It was super moist. Ale has so many delicious flavors to choose from that it was so hard to pick a favorite. She is so easy to work with and responds very promptly to every detail. The cake turned out exactly like the picture I showed her of what I was wanting. I couldn't recommend using her enough!! Ale is the best!
