I bought my cheesesteak and it didn't have much flavor, so I removed the lettuce and tomato, and this is what I found... No meat. And for $20 I don't think it's WORTH IT.

Never order the lemon pepper wings unless you want to eat salt and straight seasoning off of wings 😅
The rest was good, buffalo wings had good spice and fries were actually really good

I asked for a old school and cheese fries but they use cheese sauce on te steak instead of whiz cheese and the girls tried to gaslight me saying they’re different sauces but they use the sauce for the fries and it tastes really bad too I know this because I used to work in Charley’s before so I know the difference in the cheese sauces very bad food

This is the worse place to eat in this mall, they need to fire the whole personal, and hire new people that really learn how to do a simple sandwich, no flavor, nothing special, I really don’t recommend this place

The three Hispanic women working there have the absolute worst service ever. They are unfriendly and rude. Waited over 30 minutes for my food and when I approached the counter none of them wanted to look up and acknowledge me. But when it came to male customers they were the sweetest. They had lost my order and blamed it on the fact that someone must’ve taken my food. Although, I was waiting right by the pickup counter and never left. I watched as they made other customers food and not once did they make my order. They made it seem like it was my fault that I hadn’t approached sooner. Not even a “sorry” or anything. Just that someone else had taken my food. Wings were incredibly salty and dry.
I will not be returning.

Very good place to dine in, only problem is there is one worker working that day, and trying her best to work with the orders coming in, only complaint is to hire more workers

Food is decent for the mall but this location hasn’t had a “scanner” for over a year now. So you can’t use the app in person. The app has also changed so you can’t redeem points. It is also impossible to communicate with the staff because neither one spoke English.

My sandwich had a great flavor but it came out very wet and soggy and the fries were under seasoned. The workers were very nice and friendly though.
