This is the worse place to eat in this mall, they need to fire the whole personal, and hire new people that really learn how to do a simple sandwich, no flavor, nothing special, I really don’t recommend this place

The three Hispanic women working there have the absolute worst service ever. They are unfriendly and rude. Waited over 30 minutes for my food and when I approached the counter none of them wanted to look up and acknowledge me. But when it came to male customers they were the sweetest. They had lost my order and blamed it on the fact that someone must’ve taken my food. Although, I was waiting right by the pickup counter and never left. I watched as they made other customers food and not once did they make my order. They made it seem like it was my fault that I hadn’t approached sooner. Not even a “sorry” or anything. Just that someone else had taken my food. Wings were incredibly salty and dry.
I will not be returning.

I ordered mine via DD. Food was quick, and tasty, and reasonably priced. Give them a chance. I will order again for sure.

Food is decent for the mall but this location hasn’t had a “scanner” for over a year now. So you can’t use the app in person. The app has also changed so you can’t redeem points. It is also impossible to communicate with the staff because neither one spoke English.

My sandwich had a great flavor but it came out very wet and soggy and the fries were under seasoned. The workers were very nice and friendly though.

If there was ever a way to give a negative review well now is the time. Ordered a delivery order that never showed and when they refunded me they said it would take 7-10 days. Would a establishment. Never order from this place again. Even tried to call but no answer....

Tried to get a sandwich. Rude lady said they were closed. We asked what time they close. She said 9pm. It was 8:45. We told her and she just said "WE'RE CLOSED" again, super rude. And they were still cooking a sandwich for a guy standing right there who literally just ordered right before us.

Been on a 14 hour shift and looking forward to getting this all day knowing my last delivery would be at South Towne Mall. Got there 15 minutes before closing which I know sucks but was planning to tip $50 to make up for the late order. Was told they are closed which was extra frustrating since the girl behind the counter was literally cooking food for a guy standing there waiting. Normally I'm not the type to think it was a racial thing but the girl behind the counter said something in Spanish that included the word Blanco and a curse word and the guy waiting for food turned and said she didn't want to make me food. I asked for a manager and she said come back tomorrow.
