Honestly like it's fine enough but I don't get the hype. Nothing wrong with the service or restaurant. In fact they were super nice. But I couldn't justify spending $20 there again haha.

You smell like the food after I did the “cheese pull” overrated. Pay at the table, worse than a QR code menu Took advice from a local that they go there to celebrate graduations. After eating there, I assume kindergarten graduation.

Being a “chain” restaurant, I really didn’t expect anything out of the ordinary. It was a busy Saturday evening and the place was packed with people. We didn’t want to wait so we sat in the bar area. Best decision! It wasn’t too loud or cramped. The drink service was prompt followed by great menu suggestions. While the food was slightly above average, we throughly enjoyed the service. Pleasantly surprised.
Kid-friendliness: While Chili’s is kid friendly, my husband & I chose to sit in the bar area. Good decision. 😉

I rarely write reviews but my family's experience needs to be noted. We went to Chili's Friday, Jan 17 for dinner. We had a bit of a wait and once seated we were seated by the kitchen/bathroom area. Not a problem for us. The problem arose maybe 20 min or so after we sat down. We had our chips and salsa and my husband noticed a kid running to the bathroom. This kid threw up right outside of the kitchen entrance by the back booth to the bathroom. The amount of time that passed before the puke was cleaned up was way too long. We proceeded to watch numerous employees step in the puke and walk into the kitchen. Whilst the kid sat there covered in puke. The amount of employees we saw just standing around doing nothing. They all saw it and did nothing. We had asked to be relocated in the restaurant and were told there was no space. We were offered free dessert which is not what we wanted nor did we take. The puke was still all over the floor at this point. The puke was on the floor for at least 10+ minutes. We are disappointed in the time it took to clean the puke up, disappointed in no employees offering to help this kid, and now questioning the cleanliness of the kitchen since no one seems to care they were tracking the puke into the kitchen and avoided cleaning up the puke in a timely manner.

It was a rainy day and the restaurant was very busy, our wait time was about 30 minutes before we were seated. We had a total wait time from when we got in to when we got our food, about an hour. Our staff was nice, sweet, and patient. I was too hungry, and I didn't take photos. The food was delicious as usual and fresh.

Sad, not the Chili’s I remember. Steak was soggy, shrimp was cold and rubbery. Mash potatoes were old and stale. I used to love this place. Their chips and Salsa used to be iconic, but the chips had no salt and the salsa tasted and looked like marinara sauce. Restaurant didn’t seem clean overall.
I was really cold but that may just be because of a medical condition I'm unaware of

Waste of time & money. Food wasn't prepared/cooked right, our server was unprofessional and disrespectful. Hostess was cool, but the attitude of our waitress and quality of food needs to be mentioned so other guests know to avoid this location.

It’s chilis. Good menu with stud you’re familiar with. The food we got had a lot of salt which I didn’t mind. I got the baby back ribs with the friend chicken tenders and sides. I left happy.

Our experience at Chili’s was very disappointing. We waited 15 minutes at the door, and no one greeted us, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Not a single staff member acknowledged us standing there, which was frustrating and unprofessional.
After waiting with no response or attention, we decided to leave. It’s unfortunate that such a basic aspect of customer service—greeting guests—was completely overlooked. We won’t be returning anytime soon.
