Paid 50$ for their premium steak and shrimp and this is what we got. I attempted to call not to ask for a refund or anything just express our disappointment. But every time I called to speak with a manager the kid just continued to hang up on me. It was ya please hold and click. We never really eat at Chili's and will never again.

The server was extremely rude, kept forgetting things, got the order wrong and cut off one of my friends as she was trying to order her appetizer. The chicken crispers were mid, I wouldn’t say a fan favorite coming from a person that really likes tenders. Also were were given a (4 person) booth for 8 despite already having a wait on line.

Service is always great here. Strangely, my girlfriend's fajitas came out sizzling on the plater but the meat and shrimp were cold. In general, the food needs to be a lot more consistent. My steak was cooked well but my shrimp was also cold. Unfortunately, they corrected my girlfriend's cold meat by putting it in the microwave. Completely ruined it. Tough to find good cooks im sure, but these guys shouldn't even be on the line.

Overall a pretty good joint but held back by the lack of BLTs. Also, for some baffling reason, they used shredded lettuce instead of romaine for my burger, which may have just been due to them being out of romaine, but it made the burger awkward to eat regardless. Music choices were very good though.
Update (fall 2025): burgers are still annoying, but I like the fact they let you color in a pepper to put on the wall. +1 atmosphere
