We ordered a large order through catering that was set up for delivery. We did not hear anything from them for 45 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. They made the order and just never delivered it. Terrible service.

I come here often, it is my go to for Chipotle as the other locations are subpar. Today was hands down my worst experience I've had at Chipotle, portions where about half of what they should be (rice didn't even cover bottom of the bowl), lettuce was wilted, brown, and dripping wet.

Contacted Chipotle and they did nothing about it.

I won't be back this year. Get it together Chipotle or you become another Taco Bell.

I was not given a receipt and not offered a receipt. Chipotle website AI will not let me submit a complaint without a receipt. A great example of pretending to care without giving a care.

I'm not a person that expects my bowls to be huge at chipotle. I just want a good, normal size. But this bowl was pretty small. I kinda felt like it was the bare minimum. Even the lettuce was skimpy. It's just lettuce? 😆 There was an ok amount of chicken, so I'm thankful for that. But everything else was skimpy.

Came here and waited in line for 5 minutes before someone came out to start my order. When someone did come out she was eating chips from the back and then rudely said what do you want. Horrible service especially the curly brunette girl with glasses.

I honestly wish I could give the Chipotle Mexican Grill in Sandy a higher rating. I've only eaten at one other Chipotle location, but my experience there was much more positive.

When I arrived during the lunch hour, I noticed that it wasn't very busy. I also noticed that the staff wasn't cheerful, so I made it a point to be extra friendly to them. This was concerning because their work culture appeared to be in serious question.

I ordered a chicken burrito, but it was super cold, especially the meat. I don't write very many reviews, but I felt one was really needed for this location for the reasons stated

I hope Chipotle's management takes customer feedback like mine seriously because other nearby restaurants are showing higher Google ratings (I just checked several of them). I'm sorry to say that I don't plan on returning to this Chipotle location.

Chipotle seems to have lost their way. Every time I go there it’s a worse experience than the time before. Out of items, cold food, long waits and now online only with no in store dining. Skip it and go anywhere else for your Mexican-like food. This location is particularly poorly managed, They have been out of forks multiple times and they can't seem to keep the Coke Zero working no matter what. The quality of their food is completely random as well. I'm consistently disappointed with what I get.

Carpy store, below standard. Other Chipotle stores are run at a higher standard than this one. Workers here aren’t in a good, friendly mood. They don’t greet you, and when you ask politely for a cup, for the drink you purchased, the look you get is like you’re an overly spoiled child asking for too much. Store was unkept. Burrito was ridiculously small for $13.10 + tax. (Extra chicken, too) It’s a mini when compared with a Gual Bertos burrito. (See photos). I’ve been eating at Chipotle since the 20th century, across multiple states, and I’ve never had such a lame customer experience. Tonight was not the only time and I’ve provided feedback via Chipotle’s corporate site before. This store should be razed and reborn.

Casual atmosphere. Decent place to grab a nice burrito. You can customize it to the gills and pay a pretty penny or have it as basic as you want. Friendly folks who like to smile and make you feel welcome. Food is good. What’s not to like?
