Costco in general is great for the obvious reasons. This review is about this particular location. They are always out of everything- and this was way before COVID. We've been coming here for years. Every time we find a new staple they run out in the next two weeks. It's a running joke in our family now, but it's very frustrating. Even common items like Coke Zero. Isn't there some better inventory tracking you guys can do? This is also a crowded location- but I feel like they all are these days madhouses. I don't know a single person who is overly excited about going here, just a necessary evil that is pushing limits all the time.

We have health conditions. They kicked us out even after showing them masks are exempt with certain medical conditions. We will never shop here again.

I have shopped regularly at this Costco location for the past 15 years with only one other issue. The last two times I came in I have been treated so rudely by several Costco employees. They act as if it is a privilege to shop there and very annoyed if you have a question. It is a sad reflection on the company.

Have so appreciated how the administration was ahead of the crowd in mandating masks and making safe distancing easy. Enjoy their 'high risk patrons' special hours and the ability to order on-line for home delivery. Love the organic choices! Really hard to think of anything not to like.

The only place I will shop these days BECAUSE masks are required and people are spread out and carts are being sanitized. Saw an employee politely yet insistently asking a customer to put mask on and was glad this was where I was spending my money and risking my family's health being out versus a store that isn't trying to protect our health in this crazy time. Thank you. please Keep these important and sensible safety politicies.

Can’t say enough about how great this Costco store is! Brian (the Manager) went above and beyond to help me and my family out. I actual drive more than a few hours to get to this particular store. Talk about amazing customer service!!! Brian, a huge thanks to you and your team. You put a smile on my face that stretched from ear to ear. Couldn’t see it through my mask though!!!

Let me start by saying Costco tire center broke my special locking lug nut tool When rotating my tires, they were very nice and offered to replace it if I brought them a receipt of a newly purchased one. I also bought a new battery but had to pay the $15 core fee until I brought back my battery core. On the day of the crazy earthquake I went to Costco to bring back my battery core and pick up my check for the replaced tool. The tire center was so busy which was understandable and they said they could only give me my money for the battery core but the special Lugnut tool check would have to be issued by the office area inside of Costco. Costco had not opened yet and because of the earthquake weren't sure if they were going to. I told the guy I wasn't going to worry about it today and I would get the check a different time. I had forgotten about it for a while but finally decided to have them cut me the check on 5/6/2020. I decided not to bother the guy is at the tire center with how busy they were the last time and just went straight to customer service. That is where I talk to a girl name Kristin I believe, she was so rude to me, first I told her I had forgotten who I was working with in the tire center because it was the day of the earthquake and it had been a couple months so I had forgotten his name. I told her that on that particular day COSTCO was not even sure they were going to open because they weren't sure it was safe for customers to shop until they had an inspector come in and make sure things have not shifted. She basically accused me of being a liar and doubted that the $27 check I was asking for was even legit. She continued to argue with me telling me that COSTCO was open on the day of the earthquake and I told her that she was right but they open till late, they didn't start letting people in until 1030, she said that must've been a different Costco because Sandy Costco open on time that day. There were police escorts there telling people they need to go back to their car because they couldn't even start lining up to go inside yet due to the earthquake, I really didn't appreciate her basically telling me I was a liar. She also told me I was not in the system whatsoever of having my car serviced in the year 2020 which was what made me think she was doubting my honesty in the matter. She then sent me to the tire center and they told me that customer service did not have access to that kind of information and that I was indeed in their system. It was a little ridiculous after that as I had to be escorted to the office area where they would write the check, The first part of arguing with the lady at customer service and talking to the guys in the tire center took about 20 minutes and then another 40 minutes on top of that for them to write up a report about the incident and cut me the $27 check has two different managers had to sign the check and there was only one available so they had to hunt another one down. I was so frustrated and they would not let me go shop for the one last item I needed while I waited for the check to be cut. I wanted a big potted plant for Mother's Day that I couldn't buy my first round because I had too much stuff in my cart and by time they were done they were all sold out of the plant I wanted. This was all so frustrating and ruined my whole day. I spend a lot of money here and use a lot of the services, I usually have a positive experience with the staff but the customer service girl name Kristin particularly was so frustrating to deal with, she even stopped helping me to help a coworker during our interaction.

I have a love hate relationship with this place. You always end up with something you don't really need, that how they get ya. Over all i enjoy shopping here, however the patrons can be sort of a bummer. They typically seen to be try to run you over with the ginormous carts (needed to haul off your treasures) or just stopped in the way maligning it hard to shop. So I offer find myself here at a secret time when the crows seem to be at a minimum. One of the best things about the place it their return policy. It make it nice to not have to worry about not lovIng something, or it breaking. They don't make you feel like a criminal like most stores for bringing something back. Their food court is awesome with great prices for a quick bite after the adventure you had in side.

I was standing in line to check out holding one item while an employee loaded carts on the belt. He bypassed me and loaded the carts from behind. I tried to tell the guy scanning items that I was next but he just started on what was next to him completely cutting me out of line. I eventually made it back in line and told them that they cut me off and had several people cut in front of me. Not a single person apologized and was upset I didn't want my item anymore and they had to put it back for me. I wish this was the only time something like this happened at this Costco.

This is for your guys eye center. Worst contacts I've opened my entire life. I supposedly got the contacts you can sleep in but when I wake up I cannot see because the contacts are so dry. This is a complete pain in the f**king a**. Especially with a newborn. I woke up at 3am and couldn't see to find my contact solution until my contacts were so dry they fell out of my eye!!! What the hell? I finally found my contact solution at 3:40 and could finally go back to sleep. Absolutely worst service and products. These contacts are Acuvue Vita. Complete trash! Wasted so much money compared to my normal eye doctor at Abundo Eyecare. You guys f**king suck.

Love Costco. Especially it's flowers. Such a great selection and they last forever. Friendly staff. Great prices. And, so easy to stop and get everything you need for a quick dinner or big event.
