The food is always good! However the customer service with lady who takes orders has been poor last two times I came she comes off very stand offish and rushed when asking questions.. when you come to the window she walks off doesn’t greet and h when she gets to the window no greeting and just say this what you ordered want your receipt and slams the window in your face no your food will be out in a minute. Whoever gentleman who handed me my food was polite and smiled at me and said here’s your order. I believe he should be at the window instead of a face that wants 0 interaction. I worked fast food and was not satisfied with both experiences she provided.

My family and I make a yearly pilgrimage here when we are in town. Everything on the menu is excellent, the Crown Burger is particularly delicious. You will not be disappointed eating here, the staff is always friendly and their service is exceptional. I will look forward to another Crown Burger after a long year without one.

This morning was a very unpleasant experience. It felt because it was 10:15 we weren't welcomed to order burgers. The look of disgust and anger was very intimidating to say the least. The stares and how we were treated was disappointing. We spent $47 dollars for only 3 people and im sorry but without business the workers wouldn't have hours to clock in. Im sorry with whatever you were feeling, dont take it out on patrons who are helping business. Also please dont tell us no, unless you truly know the discounts for Veterans or not. Instead of giving us this angry impatient look when we mentioned we have gotten the discount before. Sadly my food was not enjoyable or to sit down when everyone was staring us down because we maybe came before usual patrons come in.
