Terrible! July 6 at 7:18 pm. The girl at the drive through window needs to find a job she enjoys or at least pretend she does. Horrible people skills, slams the window shut like she's frustrated. Needs to smile
management should make sure she's fit for the job.

I just spent $17 on 4 chicken strips and a vanilla reg malt. Didn't ask for fries and toast, but I was told it came with. The fry sauce was fermented, I didn't even realize that was possible.

The workers made the worst looking cones I've ever seen, at $5 a cone, hirable job, they also messaged up my order. What a rip off.

The ice cream did not taste right. I think they put instant milk in it to make it go further. I ordered a peanut buster, I think there were maybe 10 to 15 peanuts for $7.29!

I honestly don’t know how this place still in business, one of my favorite desserts is the cupfaction it’s expensive but so worth it and I order on this sandy location and they give me tons of vanilla ice cream with no brownie and some powder of some chocolate that looks like was in a old fridge for the whole week, soooo disgusting ( when I tried to talk with the manager he said that the powder was a brownie and refused to correct) PLEASE DONT GO ON THIS DQ LOCATION! I throw my money away

I recently visited Dairy Queen with my family, and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience. The service was terrible, and to make matters worse, our ice cream was half melted when it was served. The temperature inside the store was over 85 degrees, making it incredibly uncomfortable. On top of that, the cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired; the lobby was dirty, and we even witnessed ants crawling around.

To add insult to injury, our Blizzards were not turned upside down as promised. When we spoke to the manager, EDWARD , he denied this and refused to give us the free Blizzard coupon that was advertised on multiple posted signs. I expected much better, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

I don't know if they are understaffed or what the problem is but when we ordered we got up to the window paid then sat there for 10 minutes where they then proceeded to ask us to go wait in front for our food. After sitting out front for another 15 minutes while watching them take food to another car that was sent to park out front AFTER us my wife went inside to check on our food. While she was inside for 5 minutes a worker walked out and took a blizzard to the car that was there after us well they had given that car OUR food and then proceeded to just give the bag of food to us which in my opinion is a safety hazard. At this point we were to frustrated and just wanted to go home after our 30+ minute waiting experience.

They don’t know what they are doing they double charged me on my kids meal told me this dilly bars were part of the kids meal and then charged me 3.99 twice would only give me the money back for the dilly bars but couldn’t on the double charge I will never be back to this location and probably won’t visit another one due to how terrible this location was I would give negative stars if it would let me that’s how bad this place is

Workers were not capable of taking my order properly after communicating multiple times what I wanted. After the order was placed they did not give me everything I ordered and claimed not to have charged me for it. Once I finally got my food it was fine, but I was disappointed in the level of service provided.
