We went out of our way to come here because we got coupons in the mail. Apparently, this location does not take your coupons. So disappointing!

Would give negative stars if I could. I usually don't post negative reviews but thought it would be a major disservice to my community if I don't. Issue 1: when I was waiting for the blizzard to be made at the drive through window, I noticed the person that was making it was in the process of mopping the floor - picking up items from the floor etc. Without missing a beat, he simply dusted off his hands on his pants and proceeded to make my blizzard - no gloves. Issue 2: I gave the benefit of the doubt though but when I received my blizzard, I noticed it was the wrong one. When I tried to explain to the owner, he just shrugged, said that was what I ordered, and refused to remake. Rude. Unsanitary. Will never be visiting this location again, and would advise my community members nearby to take caution.

Not very friendly and very stingy. If im going to pay $75 for my family to eat there you can at least give us fry sauce when we ask. They only gave us 4 (7 people eating) the kids meal cones could only be vanilla and they were the smallest cones I've ever seen in my life. The food seemed more expensive than most dq I've eaten at. Wouldn't go there again.
The bathrooms were disgusting

1 meal, 1 banana split, 1 extra burger for two of us. There is No Way that was $43 right? sorry DQ, you are dethroned and we wont be subjected to your prices any longer.

What places charges extra for a sauce for chicken fingers? They do not even give you one sauce with your order (except ketchup). Food was definitely not good enough to pay what they charged.

I have been an avid fan of Dairy Queen for years now. This was my first time at the sandy location, and it’s making me never want to go to any location ever again. I had a coupon for a free ice cream cone and some rude worker denied me of service. He said that my coupon was “fake”, when it clearly was not. It was a waste of my time and good mood. He could have nicely chosen a different approach, but instead, he had to tear me down and be a big meanie. You will be losing a very loyal customer, sandy Dairy Queen. I am a very unhappy gal.

I ordered the Heath Caramel Brownie, and it came without the brownie! It was just ice cream and caramel .. ridiculous. I called, and they said their location uses “crumbs instead of brownie pieces,” but there weren’t even any crumbs! I order this all the time, and it has never come like this before. Total scam!

I got a peanut buster parfait and it tasted off. It was manageable with the toppings but once I got to the part where it was just ice cream I realized that the ice cream tasted sour. I put it in the freezer for a bit whilst I attended to other things but it made me feel sickly so I went back to tell them and ask for a refund. The manager was rude and accusatory and refused to give me a refund. He accused me first of eating it too late and I told him that I had only had some right after I had gotten it. Later he accused me of liking it and saying that I ate more than half of it (which I don’t think I did as what was left was slightly melted so there was no more air pockets) so obviously I liked it and just wanted the money. I kept telling him that it tasted gross and was making me feel sickly and he still refused to give me a refund. I don’t want the nasty ice cream I just want my money back.

The shakes weren't even filled up to the brim, they took forever to get change and make our blizzards, and they don't put lids on them. 35 bucks for blizzards that weren't even filled up to the top is kind of a rip off. The blizzards were good at least.

They charge for pup cups and are not a participating location

So, my dear friends. This is a great place if you have an eating disorder. As soon as you’re done eating the fast food you find at a fast food restaurant you can quickly rid yourself of thing you’ve eaten and then some by visiting the men’s bathroom. I’m haunted by the stench. The following day I dry heaved again just thinking of it. I’m not joking.

We keep getting coupons for Dairy Queen so I went there tonight with my family orders. I pulled out the coupons and was told, “We don’t participate.” I said, “Well, I guess tonight you’re benefiting from the advertising. Is there a participating DQ near here?” The answer was no. It’s raining, I don’t want to drive all over so I ordered. I asked for an additional fry but was just uncharged for the meal fry. I paid for another fry and left to feed the family. After eating I discovered the low rating of this store. Not sure why they don’t participate with the coupons but the DQ on State Street near us has a much higher rating, probably for good reason. Oh well, you got my money tonight but it’s the last time. If and that’s a big if we go again it won’t be to this location. In this economy, coupons are awesome but only if they’re honored.

All my wife wanted was her chicken strip basket. She ordered it online with a coupon from the dq app at THIS LOCATION. We went in to pick it up and they said they don’t accept coupons at this location. WE ALREADY PAID?! they still didn’t give us it and we had to pay twice. Never coming here again. Absolutely terrible service.
